安佩羅斯度假村酒店(Ampelos Resort)

Attenzione le foto delle camere non corrispondono a quelle reali, sia noi che altri clienti si lamentavano perché alcuni hanno ricevuto camere più piccole di quelle prenotate o addirittura al seminterrato. La proprietaria è furbetta non risponde mai al telefono quando sorgono problematiche. Evitate questa struttura se non volete avere brutte sorprese

Le camere non sono male e anche la pulizia è buona. La struttura si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da una della più belle spiagge di Plaka. Gli aspetti positivi sono finiti. Nessuno ci accolto al check in Nessuno presente al check out. Ci hanno dato una stanza diversa da quella prenotata e non hanno fatto niente per cambiarla in sei giorni. Non rispondono al telefono. Solo un messaggio whatsapp dopo che ci siamo lamentati con ***********. Consiglio a tutti di cercare altro se potete.

Das Ampelos Resort Hotel fanden wir wirklich sehr toll. Der schöne Plaka Beach mit seinen Sandstränden ist fußläufig in ca. 2 Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen der kleinen Bungalows, die uns wirklich überrascht haben. Die Bungalows haben zwei Etagen, wobei das wirklich große Schlafzimmer mit einer riesigen Badwanne, zusätzlicher Dusche und Toilette im Kellergeschoss ist. Im oberen Geschoss befinden sich zwei zusätzliche Betten, eine Küche und noch eine weitere Dusche mit Toilette. In der Anlage gibt es einen Pool, den wir aber nicht wirklich genutzt haben, da wir meistens zum Strand gegangen sind. Das Personal wirklich super freundlich und hat uns bei all unseren Ausflügen, beim Mietwagen, Transport zum Hafen super geholfen. Ca. 10 Minuten von der Anlage entfernt gibt es eine kleine Bläckerei mit Café, die sehr leckere Sachen anbieten. Wer einen kleinen Spaziergang nicht scheut, kann abends auch zu Fuß am Strand entlang zu den Restaurants laufen. Ansonsten würden wir allerdings empfehlen einen Wagen zu mieten, wenn man mehr von der Insel sehen möchte oder auch mal zum Hafen oder anderswohin möchte. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Ficamos 1 semana em um apartamento maravilhoso, espaçoso, bem ventilado, internet otima. O quarto é limpo diariamente. Tambem ha uma piscina maravilhosa. Os colaboradores do local são muito simpaticos e a Stella ė super atenciosa. A vista da sacada foi perfeita, a cor do mar de Plaka é sensacional.

Warning we got SCAMMED: the contact person approved shortened stay even written, but never entered it into the platform - we were told over 2 month: office will do it and all is confirmed but nothing is happening. Communication not really possible even important questions not answered and on phone just told we will get info / refund etc…in the end even hung up once we called And Pool was not cleaned

We stayed here just for the weekend and we really enjoyed that. The season was off but we enjoyed ourselves the most. Nice decorated room and some good facilities included. well done, we will be back.

The images online make the property look more updated and fresh and modern than in reality. The property has great potential but is 2 star more than 4 star quality accommodation. We had several issues with the room- the shower head doesn’t fit on the wall, you soak the bathroom each time you take a shower, the shelf in the kitchen fell and smashed glass everywhere, after cleaning, they leave dirty wet towels in the bathroom on the floor. On a positive , the location close to the beach is beautiful once you get past the big electric pylon staring at you. Sofia is an excellent and helpful host. The place needs updating. I would rather have stayed higher up Plaka beach so we could walk to a restaurant easily. It’s 25 mins walk up the beach for dinner if you don’t want to take a car. You absolutely need a car if you stay here so you can get around and the beaches are gorgeous.

We are travellers that book the last minute, as we want to explore as many places as we can. After a few days in Santorini, we chose Naxos and searched for a place not so visible from tourists. I think we made the best choice. You will definitely need a car if you decide to stay longer than 3 days in the area, but for us walking by the beach and staying away from the crowd was a new adventure. The owner helped us with the pick up & delivery back, as we didn't rent a vehicle. Property well cared with a nice familiar taste.

We visit Naxos the last 12 years and we see how the island has changed.. at this part of Plaka beach everything is kept quiet and peaceful. It is a plus the breakfast delivery at the room and the freedom to take it whenever we wish. They took care of us in the best way and we think that we will return again and again.
