Always enjoy my stay at the nylo. It is located in a great area and has most of the amenities that are needed for a good stay

The room was very clean however the air DID NOT work. I called the front desk and told them the air would not come on. I was told there were no other rooms to move to and they would send someone if they could find them. I then called sometime later and asked if they had a fan that we could use. The front desk called back and informed us that they did not have a fan and could not find someone to look at the air. It was very late at this point and we suffered through it. We left very early in the morning instead of going down stairs to enjoy breakfast. Honestly I would have asked for a refund but what’s the point. No one checked back in or offered a solution. I will not stay there again!

객실의 상태는 아쉬운 점이 없었음. 낡은 느낌의 소품과 현대적인 느낌의 소품들이 잘 어울린 실내 디자인을 가지고 있고, 청결도는 완벽했다. 아침식사를 하지 않더라도 커피는 무료로 마실 수 있고, 로비에 따라마실 수 있는 물통이 있다. 고객용 세탁기가 있는 것도 장점. 객실에 냉장고가 없는 방이 있다.

The rooms were very stylish. The stylish, small sink made it difficult to wash my face. The stylish bare concrete floor will stain your sheets. Stylish rooms make it easy to find trash upon arrival. And the biggest thing we learned this time was that in Dallas during the hot season, the rooms on the top floor are just too hot and the air conditioner doesn't work. The coolest place in the hotel was the first floor corridor.

I checked in and was never informed by the front desk that the water was going to be shut off from 9-5 or longer. Instead a note was left in the room. The pool was green. Courtyard looked a mess. The shower in my room was grimy. Looked nothing like the pictures online. At least I was able to Cancel my stay and received a full refund.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND. Our standards are not very high, but we'll never do this again. Room smelled like a locker room, air conditioner loud, towels/bed/linens smelled like a musty old house or motel. Front desk told us laundry is done off-site, so I didn't bother asking for new sets. Sink was TINY and hard to use, shower dripped water randomly throughout the night, no mini-fridge. There was nothing clean, refreshing, relaxing about this hotel, period. I saw a review that said it felt like an overnight jail-stay, and yeah, I kind of agree! lol. The first thing we did when we got home was shower, again, to get that musty towel smell off of us. We let the hotel know everything and we haven't heard back. Never again.

No sheets on the bed when we arrived, wet towels, and the alarm clock went off at 5am without being set.

I requested late checkout. When I was a few minutes late because of some travel delays they charged me $50. Since the first time I called then they were rude about each and everything.
