普萊諾-北達拉斯全套房舒適酒店(Comfort Suites Plano - Dallas North)

Elevator was very frightening. It made terrible popping and creaking noises. I needed to depart a day early and they wear completely inflexible about that so I paid for 2 nights but only stayed one. The breakfast was sad. The room was ok. Bed is very comfortable. You can see the wear and tear in the rooms and common areas.

I used to like to stay at this hotel whenever I was traveled to Dallas. Not at this time. It was a great disappointment. The hotel was run down and have no one to take care. My 1st night, the toilet is not working. We informed the staff and was told will have someone to fix tomorrow. We had to use the public restroom :(. We left and spent time with our family and came back late at night. The toilet still the same, no one fixed it. We let them know again. The staff apologized and said will make sure to have someone fix it. The next day, still not fixed, therefore, we asked for another room. They changed us couple door down. After we settle to the new room, guessed what, the bathtub is not draining. Oh Lord. We let them know, and it is the same line, we will have someone to fix it. Nothing fixed. We did the laundry. Once done, someone used the dryer and kept it in there. The entire hotel only has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. We have to take our wet clothes back to the room and had to rewash the next day. With all of that problem and issues I can let go due to short staff after the Covid. But there is one big issue I will not come back and stay to this hotel ever. The hotel said smoke free hotel. If you come and stay, it is retching in **** from the elevator to the hallway. It seeped through the door, and we can smell in our room. Never again I will take my family to this hotel.

Check in was easy and the front desk was friendly. The rooms were clean. I had 2 different rooms and both were clean.

The floor joist in our ceiling and the floor up above us constantly squeaked when any moved. The traffic noise off George Bush was really loud. Shower curtain was ripped and wouldn't stay closed.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and it smelled so good in the lobby area. Only thing I didn’t like was the toilet was too low.. other than that I love the stay.

hallway lobby and room smell like wet dirty carpet. room had mold and bathroom they tried to paint over it.
