The staff was exceptionally delightful. They were very friendly and helfpful. The room was very clean. They staff was very attentive to any and all our needs and wants. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and very filling. Suprisingly to me it was also very affordable. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Huge room! Very quiet hotel although there was a fair amount of traffic noise from the highway. I just set the AC fan to remain on and it drowned it out. Breakfast was hot, hearty and filling. Very friendly staff. Will certainly stay here again next time I'm in town.

We love Hyatt Place and usually select it given many other options. This time, however, we’re very disappointed by Plano location. No green apples in the lobby, their‘signature signs’, that’s minor, but still very noticeable. When we checked in for the Memorial Day long weekend, we were told that the breakfast is till 10 am. On Monday we came down at 9:15 only to find out that on weekdays the breakfast is served till 9am. Many families with kids were upset not knowing this fact. Obviously we were not the only guests who was not aware about changes in breakfast schedule. The concierge should have notify guests at check in if the breakfast time is different on weekdays. So - one star for ruining the start of my day today. Hyatt Place, you can do better!

I called the room service twice and they never showed. The TV in the room wasn't working and they said they are with the customer so they will call back, I again called check back on them, still they said "they are with the customer".

Loved everything about this hotel. Very nice people and very clean, my room was so comfortable and there was a lot of space in the room for 5 people.

The room was clean, the room was spacious and the staff was extremely pleasant! I will book any of my Dallas area hotel needs at this hotel every time!

Decent hotel. Was close to a lot of restaurants and malls which was great. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The chef cooked greatly. The room was comfortable and cozy.
