Very nice and small hotel All personal is very friendly and you can see how eant to help you in any situation The food was very good in the morning and mixed. Hotel is not old With new tehnology usb and a aplication on the phone for easy comunication. It is very close the beach , in few steps you are in water All the restaurant and the port/ harbour is nearby

We stayed in 108 an executive spacious room. Walk in shower - very well done. Very comfortable bed and good pillows No pool but beach 2 mins away but pebbles so need shoes and hotel dies not provide towels. The hotel told us to walk a little further and we found a much nicer beach - only 5 mins walk. Also had excelled wifi on the beach. Must not drink the water - hotel provides drinking water for the first night only, subsequent nights you must buy your own. TV but only Greek channels nothing else Wifi free but tends to be slow and weak. Hotel said they thought it had been upgraded but are also frustrated and constantly calling their service providers. Breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice and good coffee. Staff wonderful and gave us some good restaurant recommendations- food surprisingly v good! They were a bit mean on tissues though and had to ask for a top up and was given a small wad to stuff into the tissue box! Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Top renoviertes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit hervorragendem Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Umgebung außerhalb des Hotels ist leider etwas heruntergekommen. Dafür kann die Betreiberin allerdings überhaupt nichts. Darum muss sich der Bürgermeister kümmern.

A new hotel in town of Zakynthos in front of the sea and a few seconds from the centre of town ( by foot). Excellent rooms ,exciting perfum and smells everywhere,all over the hotel!!!!! Moreover a very clean accomodation with minimal and beautiful decoration. The breakfast was delicious and the best coffe that i;ve ever had in hotel. The staff was gently and i would really like to stay there again and again.

Tout d’abord, un grand merci au personnel de l’hôtel. À l’écoute, très aimable, arrangeants, un sens pointu de l’hospitalité. Les + qui font la différence ? Le room service, l’esthétisme dans les moindres détails (chambre, espaces communs de l’hôtel). Nous avons passés 6 nuits dans la chambre normale qui était superbe. La dernière nuit, nous avons pris la suite qui était exceptionnelle : la vue est magnifique, la terrasse superbe, le lit très confortable, bain à remous, grands miroirs. Je recommande vivement la suite qui en terme de prix/service est + qu’honnête ! Encore merci à l’équipe du Bitzaro boutique ! xx ++++ L’EMPLACEMENT !!! centre ville très dynamique - beaucoup de restaurants tendances / intimistes / à ambiance

Highly recommended !!! The hotel is clean, modern and breakfast was fresh and absolute yummy. Beach was directly in front of you. Crystal clear water just 1 minute away . City Center and Harbour was 5 min Walk away. The hotel is perfect located. Free Parking spots are directly infringe of the hotel. There is also a private parking space of the hotel. Absolute Highlight was the staff. They were so lovely and helpful 24/7 . The service was stunning. They are real magician. They could organize everything you need and more. Spontaneous Boat Tour, car rental, taxi, hair stylist etc. everything was so easy and comfortable. Perfect
