Nous avons été déçues car la piscine intérieure n'était pas en opération et nous avions choisi cet hôtel en raison d'une piscine intérieure. Le déjeuner continental était bien.

Very disappointed for La Quinta. I used to be very nice and beautiful. The one in Plattsburgh really should be shut down. It’s just very old very dirty. You just feel dirty. When you walk in there you can feel the dirt in the air. We left a day early I took the loss of money just to get out of there as it was just a bad or a feeling something wasn’t right there. It was just very musty and dirty Again. I’d rather lose some money than stay there. I would not recommend it to nobody last time I went up, I stayed at a different hotel where all the homeless they put in the state. Let them stay there. I would rather go back there than the La Quinta.

I arrived there Sunday. It was no hot water. It was very terrible when you had to work 16 to 12 hours they come there thank you will get a nice warm bath and you does not have no water to all the way up till Tuesday morning. I think I reserve my refund.

Très bien accueilli avec du staff très avenant. Près de tout . Avec petit déjeuner inclus qui dépanne bien. Pas digne d'un restaurant mais bien correct avec du bon café. Ca fait plusieurs fois que nous y allons et nous apprécions à chaque fois. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Food was ok. Sausage didn’t look cooked. Need more towels in room. Best part about stay was pool.

Nous ne savions pas que la piscine et le spa n'etaient pas fonctionnel depuis un certain temps et pour une durée indéterminée. Nous y allions surtout pour nous reposer dans le bain tourbillon pour souligner notre anniversaire de mariage. Le personnel de l'hotel étaient très peu serviable et à la limite un peu bête. Le telephone ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre. Le frigidaire était ajusté à MAX comme température ce qui fait que nous avons perdu nos pommes et nos oranges. Le stationnement n'a jmais été déneigé tout au long de notre voyage. La chambre n'etait pas très propre non plus. C'était notre deuxieme voyage a cet hotel et ce sera le dernier.
