巴塞羅納的普拉亞布蘭卡(Barcelo Playa Blanca)

Fantastic hotel, brilliant staff, rooms fabulous, staff brilliant. Food good, and drinks even coke in bottles which is a good touch. Pity about the planning of the hotel, as it’s a total wind trap, running right through the pool area even when it’s full sun and hot the wind rips through. 1 hot pool which is good, other pool cold and taken over by the seagulls, never seen this before in a hotel pool, the seagulls enjoy themselves swimming in middle of pool daily😂😂 Must be a health hazard. Such a shame as I have stated if it wasn’t for the wind ripping through the pool area we would return, but because of the design structure I think it will stay as a wind tunnel 🥲🥲

Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien; el Spa es pequeño pero cumple, dispone de un gimnasio bien equipado y de diferentes bares, restaurantes, etc… La habitación es amolia y moderna; cuenta con un balcón con vistas y un par de hamacas; el problema es que la ducha, tras utilizarla, al pasar una hira, empieza a soltar un olor a desagüe muy desagradable (nos pasó al entrar en una habitación, nos la cambiaron y en la siguienteaoarevió el olor tras la ducha)

Nous avons séjourné l'hôtel pour une durée de 10 jours. Tout était parfait, les chambres, la propreté, les activités, le SPA, des activités très variées et très adaptés aux familles. Bel emplacement : à proximité de plein de commerces et de la magnifique playa dorada. Nous avons voyagé avec nos deux bébés et le personnel de l'hôtel a été très accueillant avec nous, surtout au restaurant: merci à Nieves pour son extrême gentillesse, merci à Abdulah pour ces incroyables pizzas et merci à Lahcen aussi. Rien à dire sur la nourriture, tout était très bon et très varié. Aussi au babyclub, mention spéciale à AFONSO et Marcos, ils ont été adorables avec nos bébés. Et pour finir, merci à GLADYS pour la proprette de notre chambre. Merci pour tout !

Abbiamo visto in costruzione questo hotel dal principio, e la voglia di vederlo realizzato ci ha fatto prenotare in questa struttura, malgrado i molti giudizi negativi di cui abbiamo letto ( alcuni a nostro giudizio, solo cattiverie e bugie per buttare fango su questo hotel) . Obbiettivamente è un hotel ai primi mesi, manca del personale e ha alcuni disagi essendo una struttura da terminare, ma possiamo garantire che tutti si spendono per ovviare e risolvere questi disagi, tutto il personale è estremamente gentile e servizievole, dal personale della reception, ai camerieri e direttori di sala. Il buffet è ricco e vario, il cibo è buono e di qualità, i prezzi sono nella media di altre strutture e per certi versi anche inferiori. Le camere sono confortevoli in tutto e moderne, hanno tutto di cui puoi necessitare in vacanza compreso ferro e asse da stiro, abbiamo avuto qualche problema con le pulizie, ma immaginiamo che il personale sia ancora carente per le oltre 700 camere di questo hotel, comunque dopo una telefonata ..tutto è stato risolto in 15 minuti. La piscina è confortevole e riscaldata, con sdraio a sufficienza per tutti. Animazione e spettacoli tutte le sere, i ragazzi si fanno molto da fare, tutto piacevole e per chi ama la tranquillità alle 23 termina la musica, ma si può stare al bar a fare 2 chiacchere e bere drink. Se ci sarà occasione torneremo certamente in questo hotel, anche per vedere gli sviluppi dei lavori in fase di completamento.

Todo correcto , algo de caos en algunas cenas y el aire acondicionado lo subiria algun grado mas demasiado frio , gracias y hasta pronto

New hotel & still experiencing issues, however our 2 night stay was enjoyable & relaxing. Great location.

Hotel was very clean and staff were excellent very friendly & helpful. Buffet breakfast was good but nothing too special and a wee bit chaotic at times. Pool was excellent as it was heated and towel service great.

The hotel is newly opened and the interior design great but it feels like the works in the open parts have been done to 98% (e.g. the room is pretty yet the windows are dirty and the curtains not ironed). It didn’t influence our stay though. The architecture of the hotel causes a lot of echo too and even though we were there off season you could hear the neighbours from the opposing room. Still, that wasn’t a big issue. But the worst was the food - we’re vegetarians and we’ve never seen a buffet so filled with meat. Day 1: a vegetarian cannelloni (confirmed by cook to be vegetarian) appeared to be made of fish. There was no other warm “veggie” dish. The cook prepared me wok tofu with veggies. DAY 2: the buffet was still not adapted, our servant offered to prepare me a special meal - same as the day before… day 3: I was offered tofu with veggies for the 3rd time and showed my dissatisfaction so after 30 min of back and forth I was served a nice seitan dish. Day 4: I was served the same seitan dish with the same veggies... We should not have to negotiate every day to get treated on the same level as others, isn’t it?! The hotel is bragging about their sustainability efforts but it’s greenwashing since there’s nothing sustainable in such a basic aspect like the food. The service was very nice though, the problem is at the management level. Definitely cannot recommend to anyone with dietary restrictions or anyone trying to be sustainable.
