馬德里桂拉斯高爾夫度假村及水療中心 - 限成人的評價

非常安靜的飯店，泳池不錯，但水療和健身設施不是五星級飯店的品質

我們太喜歡這家飯店了，已經是第四次入住了。工作人員、飯店的寧靜氛圍和整體氛圍都很棒。水療中心、泳池和餐廳都很棒，當然，高爾夫球場也很方便，提供免費的高爾夫球車，非常方便。俗話說，一分錢一分貨，我們認為在這裡花的錢絕對物有所值。

如果您只是來打高爾夫，這裡是理想之選。這是我住過的第一家實行「最低人員配備政策」的五星級飯店。我或許能理解假期期間人員配備方面的困難，但所有在崗員工都積極有效率地服務。然而，大多數晚上都要求一名員工在陽台上為大約20位客人提供飲料（並製作飲料），而且客人還要等20到25分鐘，這對於任何酒店，尤其是五星級酒店來說都是完全不可接受的。管理層在餐桌預訂方面也遇到過類似的問題，他們聲稱“我們不會犯錯”，這實際上是在罵一位擁有30年專業服務經驗的後勤專家“騙子”。飯店「位於高爾夫球場上」的地理位置無疑是一大優勢，然而它毗鄰一片廢棄的「待開發」地塊，雖然與飯店本身的隔閡很大，但飯店與「出租房」卻很近，房間靠近邊界，派對的喧鬧聲會持續到凌晨三點，而這正是我們想要避免的。如果您體驗過格倫伊格爾斯、朗霍爾姆、杜拜、紐約、雪梨、拉斯維加斯、永利等五星級飯店，您一定會對這家飯店的服務和態度感到失望。如果一家飯店的高階主管抱持著「我們不會犯錯」的態度，那就沒有希望了。

Perfect holiday for couples that love golf. Amazing hotel that is probably the best we have ever been in. Large rooms, lovely quite pool, attention to detail is spot on. For golfers it's great to take you clubs from the basement put them on your buggy and drive into the golf course. it's no suprise that 5 other couples from our golf club now book here. Must try harder to keep this a secret.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in einem herrlichen Ambiente. Das Personal sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit . Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen !

So very disappointed with this hotel . Returned many times but never treated as valued guests. Request a room a year before? Forget it no chance. Maybe restaurant might remember you after a few evenings? No chance. Tge previous year we were shown to what was probably their worst room - v overlooked. When we arrived nowhere to have a drink Our meal times choices couldn’t be met even tho we were half board. You ab need a table outside on the terrace as the inside seating area is pretty grim v old fashioned and no atmosphere Apparently you have to request them a year in advance! Lovely hotel entrance with a plastic flower display which hasnt been changed for years. Bar in the evenings is not staffed so had to search for someone to serve us drinks. Around the pool nice and quiet apart from staff noisily cleaning cutlery and throwing it into a drawer! This happened everyday Asked for a cocktail (pina colada) but bar staff had no idea how to make it Very understaffed not good enough for a 5* hotel. We will never return and will take our custom elsewhere in future

Second year in a row at this wonderful hotel, everything was brilliant, spotless, fab room, stunning views, staff exceptional, food excellent, simply can’t fault the place, for a complete battery charge, this is the place to go. Thank you very much to all at las madregueras, see u next year.

Superb resort and golf course. Nothing too much trouble. Staff remembered us from previous visit Buggies in the basement so bulbs straight on and out the back gate onto the course. Fantastic if you’re getting a bit older. Very nice pool with bar. Superb lunch menu

We rarely go anywhere twice, but we have just booked to go back next year. Everything you read is true. Lovely hotel, great staff and the golf set up is brilliant. If you are there at quieter times it is possible to play 1 or 2 ball, just ask the caddy master and he will arrange it if possible. Looking forward to our return.

très jolie ville mais avec un gros manque de propreté dommage il y a différentes belles plages de sable, de galets ou de sable noir . ville très animée beaux magasins , bons restaurants ,pub activités l ile se visite bien il y a de belles randos a y faire

This hotel was like an oasis of calm and harked back to high service standards which many hotels would do well to emulate. Great dedicated staff who are happy to chat when engaged and want to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. The food and accomodation is first class, room and bed could not be faulted, very clean and stylish, great balcony size and views. It is a golfers paradise, your own lockers for clubs and electric buggies with GPS maps in basement, room key access to course, best set up we had ever encountered. The course is good and varied, ideal for holiday golf and in good condition . As a couple we were paired with others from the hotel which proved to be beneficial to us, we met and played with some lovely people. It was a good half hour walk into Las Americas if you want a little more activity, the contrast between the serenity of the hotel and the bustle of the town could not be starker. We took a trip out to Caleta one evening and had a lovely meal at restaurant 88. After golf the hotel pool was very welcoming and warm with plenty of sunbeds and again attentive staff. There is also a spa and gym at the hotel which we didn't get time to use. Overall if you are looking for something special Las Madrigueras fits the bill perfectly, it may be a little more expensive than others but you have to pay a price for quality, highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel, quiet, peaceful and in beautiful surroundings. Truly 5 star and easy to see why it is so highly rated on Trip Advisor. Directly connected to the golf course, although we came purely for relaxation and it certainly does not disappoint.

This was the first time staying here but we will defiantly be back, could not fault anything in and around the hotel or the golf course. Staff were excellent at their jobs and very attentive and friendly, food excellent, room beautiful, pool area lovely and quiet.The golf course was in a great condition and the procedure of having your clubs stored in the lockers ready for putting on your own buggy then driving straight out to the first tee was amazing. As I said earlier I have already booked to return to this little piece of heaven.

What a beautiful hotel this is. Everything is amazing. We do not play golf we just love the hotel, the pool area is lovely & quiet, the staff are so friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Going out in the evening for food is €6 in a taxi. There’s a little shop near by for anything you need. The restaurant in the hotel is good for evening meals & there’s a nice patio area for lunches. I’ve been to this hotel 6 times now & will continue to go another 16.
