烏達拉公園公寓式酒店的評論

Très bon emplacement, arrêt de bus à côté, plage de las Vistas proche, supermarché, commerces, restaurants à proximité... Studio très spacieux, très bonne literie, coin kitchenette avec le nécessaire. Produits d'accueil dans le frigo, très appréciés. Ce sont les services d'un hôtel, avec l'avantage d'une kitchenette. Réception ouverte 24h/24. Bon accueil, la jeune femme parlait français, départ rapide, très tôt le matin. Ménage fait tous les deux jours et changement de serviettes. Cependant l'éclairage est faible, studio au 2ème étage avec une allée en face et des arbres qui assombrissent mais le plus gros bémol concerne la terrasse. Certes très belle terrasse, grande mais qui n'a pas de séparation avec celle d'à côté, vous avez les voisins à côté sans séparation et n'importe qui peut passer d'un balcon à l'autre, il faut bien fermer sa porte fenêtre à chaque fois que l'on sort, voir la nuit...pour avoir un peu d'air dans ce cas, il faut ouvrir la fenêtre de la salle de bains. Au vu de la situations géographique, très bon rapport qualité/prix.

La posizione centrale, molto comoda per raggiungere le migliori spiagge e la zona è super tranquilla. Inoltre è vicina a molti locali e supermercati per le più svariate esigenze. L’appartamento è spazioso e fornito di tutti i comfort, bagno spazioso e un balcone per godersi l’aria. La piscina dell’hotel è molto grande ed è un tocca sano per il soggiorno. Unica pecca i letti singoli per chi va in coppia.

Todo perfecto y buenísima ubicación, limpio, piscina tranquila y sin problemas de hamacas, personal atento y agradable, fácil de aparcar enfrente de la puerta del hotel, recepción durante 24h, la mejores playas de la isla estan muy cerca a 5 minutos a pie.

Pessima esperienza, sporco, malandato, alla reception scortesia ,inoltre wi fi non funziona in camera. DA SCONSIGLIARE . Siamo tornati dopo 25 anni , in occasione del nostro anniversario di matrimonio ,per rivivere le emozioni del viaggio di nozze in compagnia di nostra figlia. E' stato deludente , struttura vecchia e sporca

We had bought tickets for Siam Park and I went to reception to ask for some help with how to get the free bus to the park. The man on reception told me to use my phone and look for it. I again asked for his help,which he told me the conversation was finished. I voiced my displeasure,to which he then proceeded to swear at me, disgusting behaviour. Think twice before staying if that’s the customer service you receive

Hotel in zona centrale piena di negozi e luoghi dove poter mangiare.. Hotel un po vecchiotto senza aria condizionata e con una piscina che non è mai stata pulita in 7 giorni... piena di sabbia... La notte non c'è regola.. i ragazzi fanno ciò che vogliono nelle camere e sui terrazzini c'è un ****** di musica e di vociare... Consiglio l hotel perché è in una zona centrale e a piedi si va a mare o si può prendere l autobus proprio giù all Hotel.. però andrebbero riviste un po di cose.. La pulizia scarseggia sia nelle camere che in piscina.. la ragazza non pulisce mai ..si limita solo a stare dietro il bar. Gentile la reception

Su questa struttura c'è poco di bello, la cosa più bella è la posizione, nei dintorni c'è tutto anche di italiano tipo il bar per un ottimo espresso e altro, poi ci si può spostare anche a piedi per la spiaggia negozi e supermercato. Ma per la struttura é poco pulita, personale disattento e poco cortese, l'unica persona gentile é la ragazza della piscina molto simpatica, la piscina è bella e pulita. La stanza nn è stata quella scelta, vecchia, con capelli ovunque, proprio da rifare poi parlano le foto che allego, nn mi sono lamentata perché inutile tanto i cliente li hanno ugualmente. Nn lo consiglio.

Solo puedo agradecer a todo el personal del hotel su amabilidad, atención y profesionalidad. hemos estado felices por el trato de María, Iban y Jesús en la recepción gracias por vuestra alegría, las limpiadoras que lo dejan todo perfecto y un 10 para la directora Vanessa siempre pendiente de los clientes y los detalles. Esperamos volver pronto

Muy buena atención y todo muy limpio y en buenas condiciones. La piscina es muy agradable y tranquila para descansar unas buenas vacaciones. El personal muy atento en todo momento. Muy recomendable para todas las edades.

Low quality place. Ants in room(kitchen, under beds, under night table and on the broken couch. This couch is useless for sleeping. Low quality of service on reception and room service. Reception going to lie us about a discount for the quality of room. Moreover room is dirty and don't looks like on the Photos. Meybe owner renovate few room for photos. No air conditioning in rooms.

Location is perfect for a stay in las americas and los Cristianos. We arrived 2 hours before check in, but the man on reception still completed all our paperwork and allowed us to use the luggage room until our room was ready. Room was well equipped with a good selection of utensils in the kitchen, very clean and comfortable beds, plus a huge bonus of a little coffee machine and a welcome gift of some small drinks and snacks. We were only there for 4 nights and think we missed out on a towel change but I didn’t bother to ask as we didn’t need them. Room was cleaned while we were there. Didn’t use any of the hotel facilities but did have a quick look and all looked nice. Could have had more information about hotel facilities like meal times and charges etc. on our last day, checkout wasn’t until 12pm which is absolutely fantastic. It meant we were able to have a relaxed morning and really enjoy the last hours of our stay without rushing. On checkout, we were then able to again leave our bags in the luggage store until we left for the airport, which was really appreciated. Staff we encountered were all very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again. Disliked · The balcony lights switch off at 11:45pm and we were plunged into unexpected darkness - but we just took this as a signal to go to bed! There is really nothing I can say about this hotel that I didn’t like. Good value for money, great service with the check in and check out, nobody barging into your room at any point (have been in other hotels where maids come to clean at 10am!)

Clean hotel if a bit basic. The staff are pleasant and the location is good. The pool area is nice also. We had to have our breakfast in the hotel next door which wasn't an inconvenience really. Cheap and cheerful, not the ritz but we would stag here again. We had a fridge in our room which was handy also.

A nice, fairly roomy apartment which was clean and tidy. Basic kitchen but since we didn't intend to do much cooking it was ok. Nice touch was the welcome pack of drinks in the full size fridge. Our apartment was described as a 'garden view' but we could actually see the sea (in the distance) and the view from the balcony and roof top solarium was actually very nice. Pool bar and surrounding area was very nice with lovely happy hour cocktails. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It seemed to be in a quiet area but lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Would chose this apartment hotel again.

Terrible experience , I've asked owner to change booking dates because of an accident and they told me there were not availability, but it was not true. They just want keeping our money unfairly. They wrote me to contact the platform directly and in the meantime they wrote to platform they didn't accept our request.
