珊瑚套房水療酒店-限成人(Coral Suites & Spa - Adults Only)

No lo aconsejo en absoluto. No volveré a éste apartahotel. La cocina estaba No funcionaba y nadie subió a comprobarlo, después de llamar 3 veces a recepción. Tuvimos que esperar al día siguiente para que el técnico subiera a ponerla en funcionamiento. Servicio nefasto, salvo la señora de la limpieza, muy amable y buena limpiadora.

Cet hôtel est situé en bordure de Playa de las Americas, et bénéficie d'un environnement de qualité et calme, avec de belles plages à proximité. Allez-y les yeux fermés si vous souhaitez éviter le béton "à l'espagnole" des côtes.

Ottimo hotel a due passi da tutto. La struttura è recente e nel complesso tenuta bene, a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro di Playa de las Americas. Avevamo un mini appartamento all'ultimo piano con parziale vista oceano ben arredato e con tutti i comfort di un tipico hotel, cucina attrezzata. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno a Sud di Tenerife. Bellissimo il sundeck sul tetto dell'edificio. Non ha parcheggio interno ma nei dintorni se ne trovano comunque a centinaia, gratuiti.

Avons reseve une suite... spacieuse propre salle de bain peu fonctionnelle belle terrasse vu sur mer ( avec une bonne vue) restauration correcte peu variee personnel sympathique, belle piscine, personnel menage gentil et professionel La reception... accueil tres moyen par un monsieur pas tres sympathique nous donne l impression de le deranger dans sa lecture... check out a 12h ok notre chambre est reservee apres nous mais pas de proposition chambre de courtoisie alors que nous decollons a 19h et que l hotel est quasi vide... pas de chance car c etait le meme monsieur au depart !!!

Nos fuimos de vacaciones cinco amigas y solo tenemos buenos comentarios para nuestra estancia en este hotel. Habíamos reservado en otro hotel de la cadena que estaba cerrado y nos desviaron a este. Desde el primer momento que contactamos con este hotel el trato fue exquisito. Nos atendió Mónica por teléfono y luego tuvimos el placer de conocerla en recepción, es un encanto y muy servicial. Las habitaciones son grandes, espaciosas y super limpias, mejor incluso que lo que muestran en las fotos. Jose, el maitre de los desayunos, es muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de que estuviésemos siempre cómodas. El desayuno muy variado. El hotel está cerca de la playa y de la zona de fiesta. ¡¡Estamos deseando volver!!

Sehr schönes Hotel (von aussen eher unscheinbar) aber innen Sehr schön und sauber Hervorragender Service und super freundliches Personal Frühstück und Abendessen sehr fein und abwechslungsreich Super Lage

Hotel is absolutely immaculate, rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. However, there is an open vent in the bathroom and you can hear absolutely everything through it. We came for 7 days and every single day we didn’t sleep properly due to noise at early hours in the morning. On our last day we heard people at 04:30 am shouting, screaming swearing and sounded to be fighting each other. This lasted well over an hour and a half. The noisiness around this hotel again is absolutely shocking, will not be returning!!!!

I’ve never given a bad review, but this really is worth highlighting. Especially the lack of empathy and respect towards the customer. Arrived at the hotel at 20:30 on the 18 April (last night) ……then told the Half Board Classic Suite which I booked on the 04 Feb was not ready for 2 days (booking problem)…..stay 2 days in a basic room but we will upgrade you to All lnclusive……..not really much I could do as what other option did I have. This morning the Hotel had the audacity to tell me….”tomorrow you check out at 12, put your case and golf clubs down to reception, and then check in again at 3pm” Disgraceful consideration and absolutely horrific customer service…………. Victoria the receptionist was very helpful as she was in a difficult position delivering the bad news. She is in a different league to the management who have zero customer care qualities and are not willing to listen, but once you have told them the problem, they dismiss you intimidating your not willing to listen. Typical narcissistic trait…..makes the customer feel bad…

Overall a good stay. I would say this is more of a 3* hotel but has potential. We stayed all inclusive for 5 nights. Positives Can’t fault the staff, they were great, very hard working and always cleaning the place. All inclusive drinks were decent, the usual local spirits and a decent cocktail menu. Self service soft drinks were a good idea. Rooms are lovely and spacious, clean, good pool view. Was never woken up by noise etc. Great location, everything within walking distance. Air con in the rooms was good. The entertainment on a night was nice. Negatives The food isn’t great, always managed to find something to eat (just) but wasn’t of a great standard. Pancakes are hard around the edges at breakfast. Pasta was nice and was heated up by the chef for you, however the pesto pasta was very very oily and the bolognese wasn’t heated up fully (some parts cold). Some very loud groups in/around the pool, which I honestly don’t mind as everyone is here to have a good time, however when they are shouting racially abusive language etc that’s when the line is crossed. I didn’t see this being stopped by staff. No air con in reception/lobby area. Snacks were either left over food from the restaurant or some sandwiches/fruit from a fridge. The sun deck was nice, however a few of the beds were closed off (unsure why) so only one was available. Overall I would return but not all inclusive.
