el hotel es bonito y situado a 150m de la playa ... el buffet es muy completo y todo incluido está bastante bien eso sí ...por si no te has fijado es 0 alcohol ...no se incluyen bebidas alcohólicas....destacar la amabilidad de la camarera del Bar piscina una señora de grabada super amable ...

Das Hotel insgesamt war sehr angenehm:
gute Restaurants, sehr nette Personal.
Aber:
die Wände sind schlecht gedämmt und wenn Nachbar die Tür schliesst, hört man sehr deutlich. Und wenn paar Gäste Mitte der Nacht raus und reingehen, wird man schnell wach.

Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach and bars.
The Room was modern and clean.
Staff is superfriendly always available to help and with a smile.
The buffet is diverse and with quality food.
I didn't like the fruit juices machine, it would be better to invest in fresh fruit juices machine.

Amazing staff that will really make you feel at home with outstanding customer service. This hotel has a great way of running its buffet’s so definitely if you stay here make sure you go all inclusive as youll save money and enjoy the great meals they serve for breakfast, lunch and dinner which was on the house. Live music every night so you can enjoy dancing and meeting new people. 100/100 Thank you guys and thanks to Carla and her team for looking after us. Gracias!!

Merci à Francisco à l'accueil qui parle bien Français nous à bien conseillé pour prendre le bus, j ai demandé 2 oreillés supplémentaire aussitot rajouté dans la chambre, chambre très propre seul bémol à la chambre 422 le pommeau de douche est vieillot faudrait le changer et le jus d'orange chimique à la machine pas terrible un vrai jus d orange m'a manqué pendant le séjour faudrait investir dans une machine qui presse les orange bien dommage surtout qd il y a des orangeraies dans cette ile....

Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Auch die Lage ist super. Bei mir bleibt allerdings ein fader Beigeschmack. Nach dem Frühstück war mein Portemonnaie nämlich leer. Abends noch mit Scheinen in den Safe gelegt. Nach dem Frühstück war alles weg. Man kann es nicht beweisen und wird es nicht. Aber es hat mir den Aufenthalt vermiest.

Gut: Schönes Hotel, sauber, nettes Personal, auch sehr gutes Klientel (gerade wegen Ballermann) - echt super alles gewesen außer:
Negativ: Das Essen traf nicht meinen Geschmack (teilweise auch die Anrichtung), wenig vegetarische Sachen.

Modernisiertes Hotel, reichhaltiges Buffet. Gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas hellhörig, dies war aber auch der einzige negative Aspekt. Kommen gerne wieder.
