I stayed here through an Airbnb. The bedroom smelled like feet and the bed was super uncomfortable. I canceled my whole Airbnb account because of this experience. The check in process was frustrating, no communication between the hotel and the host, both disparaging the other. They were super friendly before I wanted to cancel after 24 hrs. They also wanted me to leave immediately and refused to even refund me partially. 1400 lost but a valuable lesson learned.

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you go to bed at 8pm and have no life or friends! THE STAFF WILL HARASS YOU WORSE THAN PRISON GUARDS! Yesterday at 8pm I was watching Youtube on my iPad (hardly any volume) and they knocked on my door, harassing me and telling me to lower the volume. They literally patrol the hallways placing their ears against your door to try to hear the slightest noise and then they will knock on your door and harass you. This is the 2nd time this has happened in just a few weeks. What is this place? A prison? I had more freedom living at home with my parents as a teenager than I do here as a grown man. If you are a single guy or gal and go out and meet someone here in “vacation land” you can FORGET IT. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU BRING IN A VISITOR PAST MIDNIGHT? ***??? Again…Is this a prison? I tried to get a reservation to use the gym while no one else was in the gym and they would not let me use the gym because reservations were only “on the hour.” Again…***? Finally, there is no cold water. Try to take a cold shower during the hottest part of the day and even the cold water is super hot.

El cuarto en el que me quede estaba muy bonito pero el servicio está pésimo, a la 12:00 de la noche me cortaron la luz que porque se estaban quedando 5 personas en mi cuarto cuando solo estaban 3 personas los empleados extremadamente groseros y maleducados, no se los recomiendo para nada!!!!

Tengan cuidado al reservar este airbnb, no tienen cuidado y sus duchas estan en mala condición tenía hasta moho tenia el cabeza, aveces apestaba la ducha o el agua sin importar no usarla, al parecer las camas ni las limpian, porque me dio alergia en mi piel y tengo hinchazon en todo el cuerpo y tuve que ir al médico y certifico que fue superficial eso solo pasa cuando dormimos en lugares agenos y no tienen buena sanitizacion y si dejas un mal review el host se molesta y te escribe, no se hizo ni responsable de lo ocurrido en cambio solo se molesto mas por dejar un mal review, en cambio ni responsable se hace por atender la situación, te dice para ir a limpiar la habitación pero nunca lo hace y al fin era pagando pero nunca te lo dice, me quede en un airbnb dias antes y nunca tuve nada en mi piel, tuve que llegar a mi país y tratarme porque hasta gasto en medicinas tuve que incurrir

Fue una pesadilla!! la persona que nos atendió se llama America, y nunca nos habían tratado de esa manera, inventaron que nos estábamos quedando mas de las personas registradas y un día nos bajaron el switch de la luz, el dueño del estudio 305 puede confirmar con su cámara que no fue así, y aún así, nos siguieron acosando todo el tiempo, hicieron un infierno mi estancia🤬🤬🤬
