Union arrival the receptionist lied about giving me an upgrade. I got exactly what I paid for. Then said; once confronted, the upgrade was to the adults only building. King suite Ocean front, in a family building? Lie. Once I got to my room the view was obstructed by the roof of a restaurant. Since the hotel was completely empty I asked if they could move me to another room with a better view. She then lied again and said that all the rooms in my category were booked out. I went online and saw that there were 7 rooms available on ******* alone, same room and same days booked! Sent it to them, they then changed my room after another lie saying that the other room wasn’t ready and that I could take a look at it, I might look clean but it’s not. I would have to have my bags brought to reception and stored. That never happened because the room was clean. And the only thing I could think was why didn’t you want to change the room if the whole entire hotel is empty and why cause so much unnecessary chaos if this is a wellness retreat? The mini bar was Not fully stocked. There was only a couple mixed bottled drinks. No beer, wine or spirits. Only Cenote worth seeing is inside of the spa which is an additional charge. Upon leaving the taxi tried to charge $100usd for a ride to Tulum. Been 10 times. I booked my own car and they wouldn’t let him in! Once I said that I was writing a review, she followed me to give a code to let him in. He already left. She then offered a cheaper taxi.

This was my 2nd time staying at Palmaia. Initially, I attended a wellness retreat then returned for a solo R&R getaway. I love this place. Service, food, spa, coffee shop, claasses, everything is top notch. Totally worth the price. The Nomadic Guides Oscar & Adriana were amazing.

Voy a ser claro desde el principio: no soy vegetariano, ni practico yoga todos los días, y llegué a Palmaïa con cierta curiosidad, pero también con escepticismo. Y me fui completamente transformado. Este lugar tiene algo especial. No solo es hermoso (porque lo es, en todos los sentidos), sino que se siente auténtico, intencional y profundamente humano. Todo está pensado para invitarte a bajar el ritmo, respirar, y disfrutar sin excesos. La comida fue una sorpresa absoluta. Aunque la mayoría de la propuesta es plant-based, el sabor, la creatividad y la calidad son espectaculares. Como alguien que disfruta un buen corte de carne, puedo decir que si extrañé la carne pero me sorprendieron. Tienen también opciones con proteína animal si lo deseas, pero me encontré disfrutando platos veganos que jamás pensaría pedir. (Aunque si podría haber más opciones con proteína animal) El programa de bienestar no es algo impostado. Hay rituales, clases, experiencias de sanación… pero sin presión. Lo haces si quieres. Yo me animé a probar la ceremonia del cacao y yoga. El servicio es cálido y sin pretensiones. El servicio de playa es bueno (depende de quien sea tu anfitrión… Emilio muy buena persona) Y como olvidar el carrito de tacos … aunque vegetarianos top! Y Reyes hizo la diferencia! Palmaïa no es un resort, es una experiencia. Incluso si no encajas en el “perfil wellness”, aquí vas a encontrar algo diferente.

Hier passt alles, wenn man an guten yoga und Entspannungskursen interessiert ist. Essen und Getränke sehr gut und freundliches Personal. Tagesausflüge sind eigentlich zu schade, da man den Tag im Hotel „verliert“. Wir waren nicht ohne Grund zum zweiten Mal hier.

Qué es el único hotel todo incluido que literalmente te sacan a las 5 pm , en todos los demás te dejan hasta las 7 algunos a las 11 pm . Hemos estado en todos los hoteles de diferentes cadenas y ninguno están atrás de ti para que te salgas del hotel . Ese detalle no es bonito . Lo demás el hotel es muy tranquilo y limpio .
