米斯蒂克阿爾迪泰華麗酒店的評價

El hotel es una especie de condominio donde cada habitación pertenece a un dueño diferente y con esta excusa el personal se deslinda de toda responsabilidad y atención correspondientas a las de un hotel digno de sus costos. No incluye la limpieza, pero eso si, te andan multando por cualquier cosa como por ensuciar las toallas. En la terraza de nuestra habitacion habia una pestaña postiza en el piso de los clientes pasados, arena en el fondo del jacuzzi y una cucaracha. Ni siquiera te ponen bolsas en los botes de basura. Cero recomiendo y cero me vuelvo a quedar aqui.

The condo was very nice at first glance but upon closer inspection it was dated and many things were broken and/or didn’t even work including the main living room TV. The bathroom doors did not lock. The most frustrating part was the spotty WiFi that constantly dropped. The main pool had a very green hue which was very alarming and the swim up bar was closed 5 of the 7 days we stayed. This condo resort has seen better days. If you’re using it just for a place to stay so you can venture out and explore this place gets the job done. It’s located steps away from the beach and shops. Other than that I’m sure there’s better options out there. Keep in mind each “condo” is owned by a private party that rents it out through trip sites and or Airbnb etc. so each rooms upkeep is determined by the private party. We stayed in 134 & 134A.

We just got back from staying at this resort. Everything looked good on paper but we did experience lack of water three times during our nine day stay. The resort is a little more aged than the pictures depict. The pool is wonderful and resort is located very close to beach and short walk to Fifth Avenue.

Good: The 2BR unit 1130 was clean and well-maintained. The master shower was large and wonderful. Both the A/C and the fan in the master BR were really loud. Nice to have A/C in the living room. Didn't cook here, but had everything we need for simple breakfast. Location is ideal, close to shops and laundry mat (Mr. Laundry). Also highly recommend Roxy Jamaican restaurant. Spent 5 minutes at the beach as it was overcrowded. The pool with swim up bar is lovely. Less good: management and having to deal with so many different parties. First, there is Marriott Bonvoy who advertised it as meals all inclusive. It is not. Then there is Playa Moments who meet you to pretty much get your deposit. They are available via WhatsApp, but didn't really feel they could do much. Last, there is the Aldea Thai property management. They gave us keys to the wrong room so we walked in on other guests. Then they made us wear plastic bracelets the whole time which served no purpose other than for "security" and didn't provide us any benefits or discounts anywhere.
