Très joli hôtel et très bien situé en cœur de ville, avec jardin piscine jacuzzi et spa. Personnel aux petits soins, Vanessa à l’accueil au top et parle français, Violeta et Andrea au SPA adorables. Petit dejeuner top et varié. Seul Bémol : il n’y a pas assez de transats autour de la piscine ils devraient en rajouter vraiment pour contrer les psychopathes qui y mettent leur serviettes dès 6h du matin !!! Une petite rénovation des chambres serait top pour qu’elles soient en adéquation avec le reste de l’hôtel.

Lovely people - great staff. Real bad problems with getting hot water (takes 10 minutes easily), and the daily hydrotherapy we paid for in our packages were sold out for half the days we were there. Nice buffet. Further from the beach than it seems on the map.

This was a perfectly convenient area in the heart of Playa - right next to all the popular shopping and dining areas. While the area can go on all night, inside the hotel is very serene, private, and super relaxing. The beds were super comfy, the pool was very relaxing, we did the hydrotherapy, and the buffet breakfast that comes with it (from the attached Brazillian restaurant) was amazing. If we go back to Play, we will stay here again.

I appreciate the opportunity to share my feedback. However, I found the quality-price relationship of the hotel to be unsatisfactory. The room was noisy and uncomfortable, which impacted my overall experience negatively.

The atmosphere and feel at this hotel is great. It is very peaceful and relaxing, having a centralized pool surrounded by bungalows which all had hammocks and amazing amount of green space, grass, shrubbery, and palm trees. The room was good, except the toilet had a hard time flushing and hot water in the shower wasnt very hot. The breakfast included was resort buffet quality. The surrounding area did not seem overly noisy for being located on the main *****. Didnt like the checkout when they said that one of the face cloths was missing and charge us 30 pesos for it. Probably maid forgot to restock it and left us holding the bill. Don't understand why they need to accuse use of loosing it and charge us $2.75 CAD, when i just spent $650.00 on three nights stay. I tried to tell them to take it out of the tips that I had left them daily and they said that those were for the maid. Accusing you're guests of stealing is bad for business.

Stayed here many times and will always stay her when in Playa!
