Wonderful helpful staff. Cute traditional hotel in the middle of all the action but a few streets over so the noise it not a problem.

After a horrible night at a nearby hotel, my husband and I moved over to Acanto for a 6 night stay. They let us check in early which we were very grateful for. Our room was lovely, comfy bed and very clean. Right off of 5th Avenue and a block from the beach. Great location and a super friendly staff. I would recommend!

Great location in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Convenient to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The two bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, and the courtyard/pool area was lovely. The property manager Luis went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one, and the receptionist Liliana was very helpful in making beach club and dining reservations. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Stay was wonderful! Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Miguel was amazing! Great location right off 5th Avenue but quiet even with all the activities nearby.

Wonderful staff, very helpful when there was an issue to fix. Great location if you want to be close to the busy street. Walkable to bus station and marina and beaches.

Magnifique petit hôtel boutique en plein cœur de la ville. La cour intérieure est très jolie et calme en tout temps. La gentillesse du personnel … que dire de notre charmant Monsieur Miguel … d’une grande gentillesse. Nous conseillons cet endroit dans hésiter et nous y retournerons 🌴

Quiet but walkable to restaurants and shopping and beach and ferry. Parking was secure. Facility is a little worn down but the rooms are good. Wish breakfast was expanded to 7-9/10 instead of 8-10 and had more options

The facility is not functioning properly. In room tap water and shower water flow are very small Shower water is cold and intermittent Toilet water is leaking and makes loud leaking water noise. Asked front desk to repair but didn't fix Bed sheets and blanket are very old and thin. Almost no furniture in room. No place to sit down or put down bags No coffee machine or water heater. No coffee or tea. Only 2 small bottles of drinking water (about 200 ml each) No elevator. You climb stairs to 3rd or 4th floor. Near bars. You can hear music from bars after midnight

The property has a very good location for shops, restaurants and its the center on 5th avenue. Has a lot of options for transportation and has a lot of walkable areas as well as the beach. Miguel was very helpful!
