We really enjoyed our stay. The food offered a great variety and was always a good choice. The facilities are very spacious, so you don’t feel how many guests are actually staying at the hotel. The beach was excellent — you just need to wake up early to get a front-line beach bed.
We loved the continental breakfast available at 6 am; with our jet lag, it was amazing to have such an early option. Most of the guests were middle-aged, kind, and friendly, which created a very pleasant atmosphere.
They also have an amazing jungle area with animals, which was very cool. The animals looked healthy and well taken care of, and it was a lovely addition to the experience.
However, we didn’t see many staff members who were smiling or particularly willing to help — some were friendlier than others, but a few came across as a bit rude.
Overall, we had a very nice experience and would return to this hotel again.
