There's nothing further to say. I've stated everything already in my survey. From August 30th to September 30th of staying at the microtel it was a nightmare and if I could have gone now sooner I would have.

Beds are too firm for me but husband was comfortable and slept well. Lighting in the bathroom was too dim. Luckily, I wasn’t applying makeup. Our room had broken toilet handle but we managed. Other than that, good affordable place.

We showed up to this location late at 11:30pm for a stop along the way to our destination. The room was ice cold and one of the beds wasn't fully made with the main blanket missing. Upon arrival into room 106 we were immediately concerned with the state of the bath tub, with a thick ring of mildew/mold enclosing the entire tub. Sticky substance on bathroom floor definitely kept us from bathing as well as using the bathroom.

This hotel needs serious property maintenance. My two coworkers rooms were so unacceptable that they were refunded their money and went to another hotel. If you are looking for a cheap hotel and not expecting much then this is the place for you.

Stayed here Friday night for a family BBQ. The door lock was broken(looked like it was kicked in). The lights didn’t work in the room. Called downstairs no one answered. The breakfast in the morning was mediocre. No eggs. No milk for cereal. The lady at the front desk stayed on the phone gossiping in Spanish when I tried to tell her about room 302. Won’t stay here again.

Being a Diamond Rewards member used to mean something at Wyndham Hotels, but this is not the case an longer. This hotel just like the others i have stayed at recently have not recognized this. For two days in a row, there was not any breakfast at 8 am each day. They did say they had breakfast until 9 am but i never saw it. When i first went in to the rest room, i noticed little bunches of long hair on the floor. Someone went in to service the room even after i told the lady at the front desk that i did not want service but still, the hair remained on the floor. This tells me that they didnt even sweep. There were no Do Not Disturb signs to place on the door that i could find. Overall, I am disappointed and unsatisfied with the service at this hotel.

The front desk was super helpful and kind to us. Very warm and understanding. They explained any questions that we had on the bill. Made sure we had towels. Just overall a very comfortable experience.

Very unclean, bedsheets were disgusting , sewing needle found in the rug. My son could’ve crawled over it. Had to change key card about six times. Disappointed to find somthings offers online we’re not Ture even though I called ahead of time to get confirmation.

No one at desk, called a cell phone # to get someone to check in. Her German shepherd dog was in the storage room behind her chewing up a roll of toilet paper. The bathroom mirror with LED lighting was very dim and broke in three places. The floor hadn't been vacuumed in ages, nothing was clean.

The hotel staff members are amazing! They go above and beyond. Very clean and accommodating. The actual owner not so much… he’s constantly yelling at the staff. Like verbally abusive, and very belittling. He gave an older couple a flat rate on a weekly stay and when I asked he said he didn’t have one it’s only pay by day. My weeks stay per day price ranged from $ 65- &124

I stayed for a business trip and the staff was very welcoming and full of energetic smiles. The housekeepers made sure I had what I needed. Will definitely be staying again. The breakfast was a hit. My only complaint is the fitness center wasn't open.

The sheets had multiple yellow-brown stains on them. They did give us a refund as requested, hopefully they will assess the quality of their sheets and cleaning crew and fix the problem for future guests, but it won't be us.

Dirty lobby, elevator, and room. Makeup stains were on the pillowcases, drinks in mini fridge from previous guests, plastic bag over smoke detector. Front desk said they couldn't issue a refund without a manager, however there was not a manager on staff and they didn't know when they would be back.

We used priceline to reserve t double queen rooms for memorial day weekend. When we arrived at the motel the front desk staff claimed to not be able to locate our priceline reservation. Since it was a holiday weekend, and we were traveling with senior citizens we needed to assure lodging for the night. They said that they had 2 rooms available and took payment for those two rooms. At midnight one of the rooms air conditioners stopped working so we were moved to another room. In the morning there was no coffee in their "complimentary breakfast". We left as soon as we could turning our keys in at the front desk. Now our real nightmare begins. We called priceline for a refund. The motel had our reservation marked as"no show" so they couldn't issue a refund. We then call the motel and they assure we were billed and asked for us to have priceline call them and they would confirm our attendance, and our stay. We called priceline, and while on the phone with priceline they called and spoke with the owner "max" who said they used our reservation from priceline and that we weren't charged. No Mr. Max. We were charged in fact were over charged ! $310.47 from microtel and $206.98 from priceline. BBB WILL BE CONTACTED! NO NOT STAY HERE!! CROOKS
