普萊森頓的2星級酒店

這家酒店給人的感覺就是攜程訂的，不給好位置，給我安排的電梯邊上，一晚上就聽電梯啟動，牆麪還帶感，微震的感覺讓人難忘，不過可以挽回打分的事早餐服務員很nice，看我帶孩子主動給做了個華夫餅。酒店本身就在高速邊上，比較吵，房間還有蜘蛛，兩間房都有，所以做不推薦的點評。

Just perfect for the night stop over . We have always stayed at another chain in town and know that this is better than in everything plus it's half the price. It's worth leaving town late like today if we know we would not have to spend an arm and a leg for this first stop. Glad it's still affordable.

酒店的設施還可以, 有游泳池和健身設施. 步行距離可以搭乘14路去San Francisco Premium Outlets, 幾站路就到. Outlets對麪有家Ross. BART站也可以步行到, 稍遠一點. 步行距離可以搭乘3路去West Dublin/Presanton BART站附近的Mall, 有Macy's, JCPENNY, Apple等. 建議在 www.wheelsbus.com 上看好BUS的間隔時間, 在BART站或APP上準備好Clipper 卡. 估計是考慮到安全的問題, 房間的窗是不可以打開的. 雖然採光很好, 但空氣對流不夠.

早餐比較簡單的自助，可以吃飽。免費停車場。離市區比較遠，但是離舊金山奧特萊斯非常近，開車衹要幾分鐘。

Yes the building is state of the art, yes the amenities are luxurious but it's the people who make this hotel EXCEPTIONAL. Doshia and Arlet are the managers I believe and they are incredibly warm, compassionate, and proactive in making sure my stay was exceptional. They are solution oriented and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I can't say enough about their professionalism and how they make this hotel a place to remember. I'll for sure be back during my work trips to the Bay Area! Thanks Doshia and Arlet! You are both so appreciated!

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. For the price paid and as a Marriott member hotel, I would expect better service. When hotels publish the check in time is 3PM, you are expected to have rooms ready by then. Guess what? We arrived at 330PM but there wasn’t any room ready. There were people waiting. What kind of welcome is that? Then, we got our room, the keys are not working. We had to go to the front desk 2x and we ended up moving to another room. Then, we get to our room, the TV is not working. Good thing we’re only staying one night. Definitely won’t be recommending to anyone and definitely won’t be coming back.

酒店位置不好找，我们在附近转了很久才找到。早餐是楼下的星巴克，可以点咖啡、果汁、汉堡等，美味！酒店不远，开车十分钟就有旧金山最新的奥特莱斯，很好逛！酒店周围也有餐厅，吃饭方便。接待我们的前台是个黑人小伙子，不算友善，扣了押金，扣的房费也和我预定时的金额不符，收到银行短信后，特意在退房的时候留出了充足时间，和他们核对账单以及预定信息。最后退了押金，房价也和预订时一致，还是要自己多留心，否则回国后再发现，也会比较麻烦。

我一個月在AC住幾次,Brianna總是讓入住變得輕鬆,她總是渴望幫助讓我的入住體驗最好!我深夜來,我自己熱情好客,我知道夜班有時很努力,但她總是專業和熱情!謝謝Brianna!

位置比較好，停車方便，周邊生活也比較方便，特別是距離大型奧特來購物中心不遠，可謂購物天堂。wifi自動接入，網速也可以。 沒有電梯，是感覺搬運行李最不方便之處。另外，房間不提供免費瓶裝水。
