Ganz neues, sehr schönes Hotel. Super freundliches Personal. Es war der Geburtstag meines Mannes und das Personal hatte sehr liebevoll dekoriert. So etwas hsben wir noch nie erlebt. Das Frühstück im The Sanctuary Restaurant war sehr gut. Ein kleines, aber ausreichendes Buffet und man konnte Extras wie z.B. Eggs Benedikt (die waren übrigens perfekt!) dazu bestellen. Super zuvorkommendes Personal und der Manager Nico hatte immer ein paar nette Worte. In der Skybar mit einem wunderbaren Blick über Plettenberg Bay haben wir immer unseren Sundower Drink genommen. Dieses Hotel können wir nur empfehlen!

In a prime location in Plettenberg Bay. Rooms with partial sea views are in the basement, but rooms are beautiful and very large. Equipped with coffee machine, kettle and television. The pool deck is incredible! A view over the whole bay. The breakfast and dinner are extremely tasty. The staff very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is a recommendation, we would like to come back. Small improvement: The room doors have to be quieter when you close them.

Impeccably clean, excellent service, gorgeous roof top pool. Great adjoining restaurant. i highly recommend this place. I had read some odd reviews about the interior rooms and can now understand; NOTE: there are economy rooms with no external windows but an internal atrium style courtyard - which i happened to book unintentionally. VERY afordable, neat, small, excellent considering the 5 star boutique style accommodation. However, when given the choice, I upgraded for a charge, and the suites have a beautiful large balcony. So, to clarify, you will get the room type you pay for. If budget is a concern - i would definitely be happy with an economy room as its all part of a beautiful hotel and you are most likely out all day any way.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff. Had a great time. The bed was big and very comfortable. The breakfast was nice, we'll setup and the service was exceptional. We had a late check in ( after 22:00), the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to be.

A weekend to remember! The staff was excellent, always ready to assist and friendly! From Nelson in the parking to the bar tenders in the Sky Bar! Breakfast excellent with the most delicious cappuccino! Luxurious rooms with everything you needed!Loved the hairdryer!!!

Outstanding was cleanliness. Very clean all round. All hidden corners, passages ,lifts.. everything was spotless. Spacious rooms. Very big and comfortable beds. Clean bathroom Every staff member from security, cleaners to the top were very welcoming and all smiles
