曼德勒旅館(Mandalay Guest House Plettenberg Bay)

We stayed in a really lovely room, neat and tidy, clean and fresh. Breakfast was great as was the staff and manager. Nice to have some toiletries in the room, a little welcome chocolate on the bed and a little sprig of lavender on beds and towels. You can see the care that goes into each room. We will definitely stay there again

Location fine however on arrival enquired about the loadshedding and were told to download the app - sorry this is not an answer for a foreigner. Enquired whether any lights had battery operated bulbs and would be on when power off - was told yes the outside light - which was not - no touchers available was told 'everyone has a light on their cellphone' - stayed in 2 bedroomed apartment and only one rechargable light available and no candles. Feel a bit more effort is required to make the stay comfortable under the current circumstances in South Africa - this problem is here to stay and certainly not a pleasant experience for tourists.

We had lots of work to do during the day, but it was lovely to come home and dip into the pool. very clean and I'll stay here again. I can always recommend Mandalay guest house to anyone looking for a relaxation.

Perfect place for being home away from home. Back for the 4th time. Again very warm welcome from Erika. She and her staff always very helpful. If you need any suggestions what to do or wher to go, just ask. Heating blanket was a great plus with the chilly and rainy weather. Excellent and delicious breakfast with a huge variety awaits you each morning.

It was lovely staying here. Our host showed us around in the city, which was amazing, very sweet. The breakfast was good! The rooms were comfortable and the electric blankets were lifesavers. Overall a great place.

The weekend was to short, will definitely go back again. Weather was cold but the room warm and lovely.The kids enjoy the pool had taken lovely pics . They always ask do we need something or although we just going to car

The Mandalay Guest House was a lovely spot to stay while I explored Plettenberg Bay. Erika was gorgeous - exceptionally welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Erika provided excellent advice and suggestions to help me, a solo traveller, get about the township safely and see all the local sights. The rooms were pleasant, warm and clean and the gardens were small but private and well kept.

We were welcomed by Erika. Shown our suite, with sprigs of lavender. So pretty and calming. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and the suite tastefully decorated. Highly recommend this establishment.

First Time Visited them, beautiful place It was our 2nd Anniversary. We enjoyed our 2 nights so much. Thank you Erika and staff ❤️ Definitely a place to go to for you special occasion or vacation You'll never go wrong. Lovely breakfast WiFi very strong
