Wonderful hotel. Very good value. Not the best area of town but ok if you have a vehicle.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The Spa Centre provided us with a wonderful experience, allowing us to relax and unwind. The breakfast offered was not only delicious but also quite rich, providing a diverse and satisfying start to our days. The overall experience at the hotel, from the comfortable accommodations to the rejuvenating spa facilities and sumptuous breakfast, contributed to making our stay truly memorable

Our stay at Hotel Imperial Plovdiv was nothing short of extraordinary! We were there for a week to attend a wedding, and the experience was filled with joy, laughter, and impeccable service. The wedding reception was hosted at the hotel itself, and oh, what a splendid affair it was! Everything was executed to perfection, from the decor to the organisation. The staff were so incredible that we couldn't fault them, even when some of the groom's side got a bit too tipsy before the wedding party. They handled everything with grace and a smile, making the entire event flow seamlessly. The food was a delight to our taste buds. Each meal was prepared with care, and the included breakfast was an absolute MUST. It became our favourite way to start the day, filling us with energy and anticipation for the adventures ahead. And speaking of adventures, the concierge was a gem in helping us explore Plovdiv, a city rich with history and culture. They provided us with a map and insightful suggestions on things to do in the area, making our explorations all the more memorable. We would come back to Hotel Imperial Plovdiv in a heartbeat! Dieses Hotel liegt etwa 1,5 km von der Altstadt bzw. dem Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es ist ein modernes Hotel und sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr sauber. Die Aussicht der Zimmer war gut und in der Nähe liegt eine kleine Mall, wo man schön shoppen gehen kann. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist unübertroffen und man kann viele Speisen auch frisch zubereiten lassen, z.B. Omelette. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

I can recommend this place to all people who are planning their trip to Plovdiv. The hotel is very clean quiet and the best thing are the 2 gardens and the most friendly staff that I encountered. Stay there you will not regret it!!!

Hotel Imperial Plovdiv is the best place to stay in Plovdiv. The highest quality of service, the attentiveness and careful attitude of the staff towards the client, the cleanliness of the rooms and the kitchen, additional options in the form of the Internet and the gym attract and stand out from the rest of the hotels, given that the cost for all these conditions is quite affordable. For the first time, we came to Imperial Plovdiv last summer and the whole family fell in love with this place. This year, without even thinking too much, we booked a room for a few days before going to the sea. Special huge thanks to Vladimir Kochanov for his help in everything that you might need. Definitely recommend this place if you want to be treated first class!

The hotel is remarkable. The staff is probably the best thing in the whole place. The welcoming on the reception was more than I expected. The staff there and spatially the Front desk manager(I don't remember the name for which I am sorry) were very helpful for all the things we asked and the advices of the Manager were spot on every time. The staff in the restaurant was also mazing and the food from the kitchen was on world class level! We will definitely visit that remarkable place again soon! Thank you!!!

The hotel was clean, check-in was easy. I got an upgrade, too. The restaurant was nothing special, and the breakfast was average. The bed was very good, and the room was very quiet. Parking was free, which was surprising because it was not mentioned on the list of amenities when I was booking it through **********. One other very good thing - breakfast was from 6 am.

Waren keine hotelgäste und nur im Restaurant. Speisekarte dreckig und zerrissen.... Kalte Teller, Wein- war gut- muss selber nachgeschenkt werden, obwohl wir allein und drei Kellner herum waren.... Essen: Fleisch eher well done als Medium und zäh, mashpotatoes aus der "box" Sorry, zum essen gibts besseres in plowdiw
