普里茅斯萬豪萬楓套房酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Plymouth)

쾌적하고 좋은 시설을 갖추고 있는 호텔입니다. 조용한 역사 도시를 아이들과 여행하기에 훌륭한 위치입니다. 조식도 너무 맛있었어요.

Reserved a king bed, but was switched to two queen beds with no true reasoning behind it. First room shower water came out of the faucet and shower head at the same time and never got warm or hot, the tub filled up with water because it would not drain properly. Switched rooms and the flooring was dirty/stained. That shower was only cold water, no warm or hot water. First shower was fine. Second shower attempt, water was coming out of the faucet and shower head at the same time. Talked to some other guests at breakfast and they all said the same thing. For the amount of money we paid for the room per night, we should have had a much better experience. The other two hotels we have stayed in this week, which were around the same price, were much better. They worked properly, were clean, and had more amenities and perks.

I stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites almost everytime I travel because I know I will receive good service.

Washer and dryer weren’t working. I saw a sign during breakfast that non gluten products are available upon request and I asked for it and the lady completely ignored me and never came back… not alot of choices for breakfast

We actually had a couple problems with the room upon checking in- but they were solved immediately. (Didn’t have a tv remote) but the front desk employee was great at the time. I loved the hotel, breakfast, and the area surrounding. Easy parking, would easily stay again. We asked to have an extra hour due to our family member passing and having a lot to sort out but she straight out said no and nothing else. Thought that was pretty rude. That was my only issue.

This is a great property with clean rooms and a great breakfast. Room was clean but common areas/bathrooms not as clean as my last stay. No paper towels in lobby mens room for entire morning.

The staff was great I was barley there 12 hours when an emergency at home so I needed to get home they where great about helping me get reimbursed for second night

The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was modern, clean and had a nice walk in shower. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus and included several choices.

Very clean, quiet and very good breakfast. very good place to stay with your pet and family.
