The toilet seat was broken and the shower head. There was no ice machine on my floor I had to go down to the 5th floor. The pool was close . At breakfast I had asked one of the staff member’s if they can please bring out more pancakes he said there was no more left . But mind you it says breakfast until 10:00am and I asked him at 9;15

Pool use by reservation. I appreciated that because it never felt overcrowded. Water was warm, just wish there was a hot tub. Kind and courteous staff.

First room I was given had either not been cleaned or someone was still staying in it. I opened the door and closed it very quickly once I saw the bed had been used and bathroom light was on. Second room was better but the bathroom walls had makeup and other things smeared on them. I had to take a wet washcloth and wipe it down a bit because it was pretty gross. Carpets were stained and the rooms were just tired. I have stayed here many times over the past 5 years and the quality of the rooms has really gone downhill. It’s time for a renovation for this hotel.

The hotel was kind of run down and the walls were very thin. We were able to hear everything in the next room.

It was very relaxing and comfortable.. Cleanliness was spot on and front desk was courteous

I was very impressed with the accommodations. I would suggest having some sort of lighting near the sofa so one could read. I really liked the location. So close to two different family members we visited for Christmas.

Staff was great; they made up for a mistake on my booking with great curtesy and speed. Suite was roomy and close to our destination.

My, I don’t know what to say. I rented two rooms, one for my in-laws, husband, and myself and one for my mom. Our room needed some attention. The AC unit looked like it was falling off the wall. The lever on the toilet was broken so my husband had to reach in the tank to retrieve the screw to reattach the lever so we could flush the toilet. He said it wouldn’t hold for long. The closet door was off the track, with no screw on top to reattach. The turning rail in the microwave was missing a wheel keeping it from turning. When we used it it would burn the paper cups. Our coffee maker was too small for the “all in one” coffee and filter. That was the good room. We came back from a long day and when mom went into her room, the ceiling was leaking…all over the bed. It was soaked. She had to pack up and change rooms at almost midnight…super fun! On our last morning we were heading for home. We had a 12 hour drive so we were down to breakfast when they opened at 6:00 am…only they weren’t ready until 6:35. No breakfast for us. We took dry cereal to eat in the car. Not our best hotel experience…actually it was our worst…ever!
