大狼小屋(Great Wolf Lodge Poconos)

Great place for kids. I loved the atmosphere and the room was very nice and clean. I was disappointed because there was stomping going on above us starting at 6am sometimes…realizing that this is a resort attracting children of all ages, it was understandable but very annoying. Also, the fact that there was no cash allowed at the resort was not communicated in any of the online information which would have been helpful to know beforehand and not at check in. It would also have been helpful if you were provided with menus and pricing information for the restaurants in the resort, as well as something in the rooms that provided an overview or map of all attractions.

The rooms are nice but I have 2 complaints about the rooms. Our room #3041 contained about 10 fruit flies and 1 regular fly that we had to kill. Also the shower needed repair. When you pull up the lever to start the shower, the water would continue to spray out of the faucet which created a flood of water to back up into the tub. If it wasn’t for those two complaints, then I would’ve given the lodge an overall five out of five.

2nd night people above us were jumping up and down over a 2 1/2 hour period. At 9:30, called front desk, apparently nothing was done. 9:50, went down and personally complained. Was told security would take care of. Again we went down at 10:20 and again told security would be right up. Finally it stopped about 10 minutes later Also tv stopped working, maintenance got it back on but screen remained a blue color after that, then it went out 2 more times which we had to unplug and fix ourselves 2nd day service at restaurant they forgot to tell server our table, had to ask for service after 15 plus minutes.

While we had a wonderful time at Great Wolf Lodge, we were a bit surprised that so many of the activities were geared toward younger children. There was very little for adults to do, except for the water park. The food was tasty ... but not exceptional. We thought it was a bit overpriced.

Overall stay was very nice. The children enjoyed the activities which were an added expense but not all activities were provided due to construction in progress. Outdoor pools and other activities were "under construction" with no credit given in the price package that included "all activities." Food was excellent (another added expense).

Everything inside this place is good but in the outside they are in construction and the only thing you see outside is construction machines and dust so We can’t even take a walk and all the balconies are close So I was expecting What they’re advertise online 😞 For what I pay to me it was no word They should let people know they are in construction

The grounds, rooms and waterpark were sufficient but dated. The facility opened 25 years ago and it looks it. My daughter had a great time. The selection of food should be updated. The staff was helpful and friendly. The parking was good and the location was convient to I-80. I would recommend a 2 night stay. No more, no less

It was horrible. Construction everywhere, two rides were broken. My husband had to carry the tubes up four flight's of stairs for the family ride. Cockroaches in the waterpark. Only place they had to sit was with smokers. My bedroom floor was sticky had to wear my shoes. The bowling was broken. I have been at this park 17 times and it was never like it was. It was very disappointing and horrible. I talked with the front desk they said they would have someone call in the morning and no phone call like they promised. It use to be nice.

Waterpark was so much fun, I like how the lifeguards are strict with the rules (even though some parents tried to bend the rules sometimes) and how they were polite about it, too. What I didn't like is how crowded the place was, may be if there was a max capacity at the waterpark (even though I know it could be hard to do) the experience would have been more fun, waiting in line for the rides/slides would take less and the kids would have more things to try out in that time.
