2nd night people above us were jumping up and down over a 2 1/2 hour period. At 9:30, called front desk, apparently nothing was done. 9:50, went down and personally complained. Was told security would take care of. Again we went down at 10:20 and again told security would be right up. Finally it stopped about 10 minutes later
Also tv stopped working, maintenance got it back on but screen remained a blue color after that, then it went out 2 more times which we had to unplug and fix ourselves
2nd day service at restaurant they forgot to tell server our table, had to ask for service after 15 plus minutes.
