Dies war unser erster Urlaub in einer slowenischen Therme. Die Erwartungen waren eigentlich nicht sehr hoch aber wir wurden eines besseren belehrt. Ich fange mal mit den negativen Punkten an: 1. Die Buchung über die Thermen Website war unübersichtlich und leicht verwirrend. Es kommt nach Abschluss der Buchung keine Buchungsbestätigung per Mail. Diese muss von der Website direkt ausgedruckt werden. 2. Das Abendessen im Hotel war enttäuschend. Am Buffet gibt es zwar genügend Auswahl, aber geschmacklich hat uns die Auswahl leider nicht überzeugt. Einzig das Vorspeisenbuffet war ein Lichtblick. Machen wir weiter mit den positiven Punkten: - unser Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und wurde auch alle Tage gereinigt. Auch die Sauberkeit im Hotel und Restaurant war sehr gut. Im Restaurant wurde nach verlassen des Tisches sofort alle Brösel am Boden mit einem Staubsauger weggeputzt. - Der Bademantelgang zum Orhidelia ist toll. Sehr kurze Wege in die Therme und vor dem Eingang zur Therme gibt es noch einen Thermalwasser Trinkbrunnen - Die Freundlichkeit und zuvorkommende Art der Mitarbeiter ist hier wirklich hervorzuheben. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder auch die Reinigungsmitarbeiter. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Am Zimmer gab es täglich frisches Obst und eine Flasche Thermalwasser - Als wir am ersten Abend von der Therme zurück ins Zimmer kamen, gingen kleine Aufmerksamkeiten in Form eines Schlüsselanhängers abgestimmt auf unser Sternzeichen auf der Zimmertüre. Bei der Abreise wurde nochmals eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit überreicht. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner und entspannender Aufenthalt im Hotel Sotelia. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ormai sono anni che torniamo in inverno per godere della pace, tranquillità e bellezza di questa località. Essere nell'idromassaggio con la neve che scende....non ha prezzo. I vari rituali sono un toccasana per il corpo e la mente. Una chicca, una perla. Le terme sono stupende e al Sotelia sono tutti molto gentili. Ottimo il loro vino come la colazione e la cena a buffet. Dopo Olimia, il diluvio!

We zijn hier een week geweest. Aankomst liep niet zoals gewenst. Lang moeten wachten bij inchecken. Slechts één medewerker bij de receptie voor zo’n groot hotel. Informatie verstrekking erg slecht. Steeds weer zelf tot de ontdekking moeten komen wat allemaal mogelijk en onmogelijk was. Bij het hotel zijn 3 zwembaden waarvan we er slechts één gratis toegankelijk is. Voor de andere moet je betalen. Wel gratis is het verderop gelegen waterpark met heel veel glijbanen. Als je kinderen hebt is dit zeker een aanrader. Eten is in buffetvorm en is heerlijk en wordt ook continue aangevuld. Het hotel,is verder erg saai ingericht. Geen leuke zitjes, gevolg is dat hotel zelf niet erg levendig is.

Da evitare! Si spacciano per un 4 stelle ma non lo è! Pulizia e cibo decisamente scadente ci sono una sfilza di tornelli ( tipo stadio) per passare da una piscina all' altra. Scomodissimo. Inoltre al check in non ti informano della differenza di prezzo tra un wellness e l' altro, che invece ti viene preparato con il conto finale! Il personale è troppo giovane ed inesperto. Meglio il termana park di Lasko, almeno sono molto più chiari! Inoltre il prezzo per la qualità in generale è un furto.

E' la terza volta che frequentiamo queste terme e l'hotel Sotelia. Rispetto alle altre volte abbiamo trovato migliorato in bontà e offerta il ristorante a buffet. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite superior vista terme, la stanza è grandissima e bella con bollitore tè. Il problema di questa stanza è il bagno perchè è piccolo rispetto all'intera stanza, per poter farci stare la vasca hanno ridimensionato notevolmente la doccia che risulta molto stretta, per poterla fare decentemente si doveva tenere aperto il vetro cosìcchè si bagnava tutto l'esterno. Bene la toilette con lavandino e bidet separata. Per il resto complimenti alla reception poichè abbiamo dovuto fermarci una notte in più a causa di una forte nevicata. Ci hanno spostato in un'altra stanza normale molto rapidamente, bravi. Nel wellness Orihdelia tutto bene a parte il fatto che spesso non tolgono il cartello del programma in corso appena è terminato impedendo poi alle persone di entrare liberamente. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito sotto l'albergo. Torneremo di sicuro. Ottima posizione e ottima insonorizzazione delle camere.

Veramente ben strutturato, tutto efficiente e gran pulizia. Impianto rinnovato da pochi anni con grande riguardo al benessere dei clienti. Una bella esperienza in una regione bellissima in ogni stagione. Prezzi in linea ma ben ripagati

Hotel e reception ok, arredi un pò datati, personale gentile e sempre cortese. Camere ok dallo stile leggermente cheap (l'illuminazione al neon nel 2023 fa molto vintage). Pulizia ottima, insonorizzazione delle camere ottima. Collegamento alle terme Orchidelia e Termalija ottimo e diretto, colazioni e cena abbondanti con buffet. Musica live nel bar veramente buona e suggestiva. un unico e grande NEO.....il letto....o meglio il materasso...da notare che mi vanto del poter riuscire a dormire praticamente ovunque...non su quel materasso a molle, forse troppo duro nei punti sbagliati, forse sfondato...non lo so, purtroppo mi svegliavo più volte di notte tutto dolorante..con l'unica gioia di poter usufruire della sauna il giorno dopo (avete letto bene, della sauna, non della piscina perchè l'acqua era fredda (sui 30° gradi)) Consiglio 1 : non mangiate i sandwich al baretto, sono freddi e il prosciutto è un blocco unico! Consiglio 2: al buffet il cappuccino è praticamente latte in schiuma con 2 gocce di caffè...meglio farsi un caffé e aggiungere del latte caldo, a sinistra delle macchine del caffé

Hotel Sothelia stanze belle e pulite, personale parlante italiano, colazione ricca la cena a livello di in ottimo ristorante. Il mondo delle saune bellissimo con una vasta zona baby free! Nella zona intorno agli hotel non c'è nulla si è praticamente isolati Da ritornarci assolutamente

Erg prettig en fijn hotel. Rustig gelegen. Voor ieder wat wils qua zwembaden/thermen. Zelfs het waterpark iets verderop is gratis als hotelgast. Goed ontbijt, diner ook prima en personeel alleraardigst. Kortom we hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad. In de omgeving is ook vanalles te doen. Aanrader!

We made a long break since we visited hotel last time but everything is perfect still, honestly the buffet is better. Cleanliness also hospitality are great.The hotel is well position so you could reach it directly from Croatia avoiding toll charges.

An incredible weekend here with the wife. Restful in every way imaginable. The nature outside was magical, and the interior was amazing with lots to do. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice. We loved our stay and will deffinitively be back

I loved this place, theres so muči to do, I barem saw my wife for days. The staff was really pleasant and exhuding relaxation. Theres great food ,amazing views ,all in all its a full rejting experience. There is noćne i wont reccomnd this to for sure

Stayed 4 nights for a business conference. Very nice surroundings and spa/pool facilities. Friendly and very helpful staff, painless check-in. Extensive breakfast with lots of options. Kudos to the bar staff (especially Katja) for accomodating our group almost every night. Very spacious rooms with the usual amenities (no iron though). My only problem with this hotel is that it's pretty hot almost everywhere (and it wasn't even summer yet). The air conditioning in my room didn't work, and when I was given another room (without hassle) it worked - but only a little bit. Same problem in the common areas such as the bar and the restaurant. If climate conditions were better I would rate it maximum - because the rest is superb. Conference facilities were also decent.

The olimia complex is an ideal place for relaxation with wellness, swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzis and friendly and professional staff, numerous restaurants and bars, and children's playrooms. safe recommendation as a welcome bottle of bubbly in the room
