三點後,我們只是想,放下,放下孩子們,點上電視......我們預訂了一家房間,兒童間房間,照片上很棒,預訂優先預定意見......到達現場,21點,沒人接待,一個不太友好的警衛,讓你在冷裏和孩子們一起等,告訴你必須排隊進入預訂屏幕,我們有機會,我們前面只有一對夫婦心,在我們號的入口時,我們無法找到,或者附近一個電話聯繫了我們,一個非常友好的先生,他把我們的房間號碼傳給我們,以及門代碼入住房間: 顯然沒有過, 髒, 沒有嬰兒牀 儘管我向求(我們17個月的兒子在我們之間睡覺,我們不能讓他睡在高高的牀上,在半的牀上用一個不關門的!) 就是我們還是可以洗子, 就是說過,我們很好笑😅,我們嘗試着點燃電視: 更多的信號!!看來沒有頭多次嘗試“玩”線 ...但什麼都沒有!那麼多地沒有電視!沒什麼大不了的,我們說我們會接電話,但是 ....不可能!皮在!請參閱房間52信息,禁止!今天早上,儘管晚上不太好,我們說我們巴黎逃跑前早點吃早餐會很不錯......但是接待廳7點黑暗............哦,這才開了星期六7點30分......好吧......謝謝再見!!!我們不這個BB酒店!

Boss immediately engages in the problems, meticulously vertyfing if a customer is satisfied after she has seen to a problem reported. The boss does not let it go until the problem is sovled. 5. Good quality of breakfast Room for improvement: 1. Cleanliness of exterior. I found the door and walls below the window not clean. This could be simply managed with a cloth. I would recommend to prepare a chacklist and the schedule when something needs to be cleaned (if not implemented) 2. Cleanliness of interior. a. What was reported to the boss: - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of walls. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accomondation) - Hair on the walls in the bathroom (not solved during the accommotation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of radiators both in the bathroom and in the room. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accommodation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of curtains (partially solved during accommodation but this was explained why this was solved like that) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of switches ( solved by myself) - My colleague, to whom another room was rented did not faced the same troubles - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of the middle bed. It seemed to me as if somebody was lying that full in sweat (the boss did not comfirmed my feelings, however I had been persistant in telling that the problem has not been solved. I think this need to be rechecked by sniffing deply the pillow and the mattress, in particular. I think that taking off a pillowcase and a bedsheet will help to see it better.) b. Not reported to the boss: - Cleanliness of the mirrors. My general impression was that the same cloth has been used for every surfaces cleaned. - Cleanliness of the TV set (both rooms) - I have poured hot water in to a tea cup and I found that the edge of the coup no clean. This seemed to be a kind of a lipstick

I have stayed in this place many times, and my avaliation was ok. But this is the last time, for sure!!! They did not tell customers they are remodeling the place by the moment of reservation… I arrived here and found a place full of dust… The breakfast is horrible, with dirty dishes from renovation dust (disgusting). There are just very few options for food that they don't replace. Just today I saw the empty chocolate croissant basket and asked for more. Then the waiter shook the basket until a tiny roll landed on my plate… They don't even have mineral water to offer / sell to guests. HORRIBLE!! Total disrespect with guests.

六月中旬的時候，我去提亞儂宮酒店住了幾晚。 我們到那兒的時候，是一個懷孕的門房來迎接我們，她看上去不怎麼開心，我猜肯定是累的！登記非常快，酒店裡有漂亮精緻的路標。遺憾的是我們沒有得到主樓的房間（那兒有兩棟樓，都有房間）。我們的房間其實很漂亮（剛剛翻新過），有舒適的床鋪，精緻的衛生間， 真讓人開心啊。但他們在套房點餐服務上應該多下點功夫才行！Gordon Ramsay應該好好反省一下，誰讓他主管酒店的全部餐飲呢! 你可以從另一棟樓直接穿過樓下的花園走到這邊的樓來，你也可以走地下通道。 我們有一天晚上在餐廳吃飯，太棒了！食物絕對一流。餐廳的生意非常好，所以你去之前要先預訂。我們在這兒品嘗到了最美味的食物。當然了，這兒也不便宜！你也可以到外面別的餐館用餐（但是外面太冷了）。 那兒還有一間很好的餐廳，但我們沒去過。酒吧也非常漂亮。 我唯一要抱怨的是這兒的服務真的太法國了！你可能會感覺到有時你得對服務人員畢恭畢敬地讓他們幫忙，我們在餐廳訂位的時候就有這種感覺了。 同樣的事情還發生在SPA區。他們有一個漂亮的泳池，那兒的SPA看起來也很漂亮。我們一邊談笑一邊走路，結果誤入了療養區的休息室，然後他們告訴我們必須馬上離開，我們無權待在那兒。他們就以這樣的方式跟你溝通，真的太不講情面了！！！但算了，那就是所謂法國人盛情好客的不足。 我們用餐時，服務人員的服務非常專業，也很貼心。你可以看到他們經常是在一個忙碌的環境中工作的，都給練出來了。 這裏的地理位置太好了，非常清靜，你可以步行到凡爾賽宮，或是到亞儂宮女王酒店（Trianon de la Reine）。如果你想去巴黎的話，就得開車或是打車去，因為你不知道這個酒店的地址，對火車站也不熟。從巴黎打車到這兒需要25分鐘左右，但這取決於你是哪個時間段打的車！在凡爾賽打車太貴了（尤其是星期天，節假日或是晚上的時候）。坐RER（火車）的話，得花40分鐘左右才能到巴黎。 結賬的時候也很效率，前台的女孩子們就跟迎接我們的那個門房一樣熱情周到。 我們居然還看到了法國的前總統希拉克，我想他是來這兒吃午飯的！ 我覺得這兒是凡爾賽最好的一家酒店，如果你想離巴黎遠一點的話，那麼這裏很適合你。我們很享受在那兒的時光。而且我們一定還會再來（尤其是為了食物！！）

這是位於巴黎的五星級的Pullman酒店, 大堂氣派的休憩區,是好友們協商適宜的好地方, 房間很舒適,我們連住二晚,浴室的洗沐劑很充足,也有供應些許洗沐用品,浴室燈光適宜 小吧台上有咖啡壺、煮水壺,也有供應瓶水,很貼心! 房間的紅色長沙發很迷人,實用而漂亮,我很喜歡!! 書桌上的充電插頭還算足夠, 早餐是非常豐盛,可以要求歐姆蛋、太陽蛋(荷包蛋),各式美食種類繁多,都好吃 麵包都很好吃,在來巴黎還要選擇這兒~~

很滿意的入住,我們是3個成人,我們呆了3夜。房間足夠睡在那裏,安靜。正確的文字,但是沒有,子有點平,很不好意思。服務站可以很容易地找到酒店,雖然架不太漂亮,酒店的位置很好(乘火車去巴黎和靠近維爾賽車)。工作人員在晚點到達時都可以和到,家庭工作人員很有效,我們已經沒有冰了,我們請求在SDB進行重新接入。停車是正確的,最重要的是免費的。要找哪個更好....

Spent one night here last weekend, the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Versailles Rive Gauche train station. We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time, but were able to leave our luggage whilst we went for lunch which was handy. We were in room 41 on the second floor - the room was nicely decorated and a reasonable size, with a large and comfy bed and free tea and coffee making facilities. In the lobby there were also some pastries we could help ourselves to which was a thoughtful touch. There was no air con in the room, but there were 2 large fans and we could open the window which helped a bit as it was hot during our visit. On the next street (Rue de Satory) there was a good choice of restaurants and a couple of bars. We stayed on a Sunday night which meant some places were closed, but we had no problem getting a meal and a few drinks.

Excellent business hotel. Room size was excellent, with everything you need. Like many places nowadays, there is a coffee pod machine - I can never understand why these machines are not left full of water and switched on - i.e. ready to use. They are all the same - black and chrome, and easy enough to use when you know, but nigh-on impossible to work out how to use them when you've never seen them before, and the black switch on the black background is at the back of a black machine in a dark moodily-lit room on a black shelf. The best thing about the room was the view - a huge picture window looking south towards the centre of Paris with Montmatre and the Eiffel Tower in view. That's the advantage of a room on the 6th floor - colleagues on the lower floors didn't have the same view of course. The breakfast was great - everything needed. Overall I'd be happy to stay here again.
