託斯卡納莊園度假酒店及斷背酒吧(Estate Tuscany)

The room floor was not vaccum properly, my friend found a piece of glass on the carpet floor. TV did not work properly, the fly screen door is broken, there was a fly came into my room. The Mill restaurant is not a restaurant that i expect. First, the service was not good, they are too busy with the other customer. Second, food price is so so expensive and food portion was so so small.

I liked: - car port - great views - staff - breakfast - very comfortable bed I thought - the motel-like accommodation was surprising - the décor was dated and a bit tatty around the edges - the TV was old (no HD) and no FOXTEL or other streaming services

Lovely place for a stay in the Hunter Valley! Rooms are enjoyable to stay, always warm, nice comfortable bed, everything you need without being luxurious and overpriced. The doors opening out onto the patio and garden mean you always know you are in the country. Being north facing, you get full sun most of the day in winter. The pool area looks fab for a summer stay.

Reception staff (Jayne) always friendly and welcoming. When we arrived in our room, it was very dirty with a lot of dust everywhere especially under our bed and our bed sheets were very dirty. I left a note for housekeeper to make them aware, but the room never got vacuumed or swept for our entire stay, so i ended up doing it with wet towels as if was really bad! The view was amazing and apart from the dirty room, we loved our stay.

(1) We're forced to change (down-graded) from Vineyard View room to Olive room due to bad maintenance (water leaking) in bathroom. But they don't care any compensation for such downgrade of room. (2) They debited $100 from my card as deposit during our stay, But after check-out, they didn't refund such $100 although I have no any outstanding dues.

The hotel was a lovely safe place to stay, with wonderful views. A cellar door was within walking distance, and had quality wines. Due to the time of week, we were limited to the restaurant only, but would have preferred the bar menu and prices. The staff were professional and pleasant.

Loved the stay!!! Definitely coming back. The staff are the friendliest bunch and went above and beyond in all aspects!! The estate and views were magical even my 13 year old wants to return!!!

Delightful place, peaceful too. Dinner in the restaurant in front of big beautiful fire, heaven! Food was good, had a lovely time, very convenient.
