This is our ‘go to’ place to stay when we visit the Hunter Valley. It is located in a convenient spot, within easy reach of excellent wineries and dining options. The staff are friendly and always happy to sort out any requests. It’s best to phone them when booking for any special deals or information if it’s the first visit. We have stayed here so often, we usually fi d ourselves in the same room.

Unfortunately we got a room separated from a family room by a door. The walls were so thin it was like sharing the room with this family. The noise was unbearable I called retention and they said they couldn't do anything until 10pm. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend for me and my partner and we couldn't even watch tv. There were about 15 people on the room beside us. I asked to be moved and was told that no other room was available. For me it was worse than staying in a hostel. I wouldnt go back.

Room carpet appeared have not been vacuumed. Shower had mould in lots of places.
Walls were not sound proof. Could hear people talking in next room at 1am and then them snoring for the rest of the night / morning.

Could not sleep due to light outside of room (not our patio light)
Room not serviced each day but did not see anything about this on the booking paperwork

I thought our room could do with a deep clean, The flyscreen door was pretty grubby, I would not use the spa bath as it was pretty grubby too. After having a shower the bath room was mostly wet and no extra towels were provided. Also so many mosquitos inside they do how ever provide insect spray. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend Leisure Inn to others.
The swimming pool is great.
