Absolutely shocking! The Park Inn by Radisson Polokwane is in a filthy state — piles of rubbish everywhere, foul smells, and visibly dirty surroundings. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be part of an international brand. It feels neglected and unhygienic, with zero attention to cleanliness or guest comfort. Management should be ashamed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — steer clear until they clean up their act!

The bed is comfortable, and the rooms are clean but cluttered. More improvement is needed on the breakfast and food beverages; they were substandard. The lighting set p did not work for me.

The hotel is excellent, address car shades so that the cars are not in the open. Also, if possible venue meetings should be apart from each other

Do better in reprimanding the noise from other guests. Especially early morning and late in the evening. It is disturbing and disrespectful to other guests
