帕特嫩帕洛蘭海灘公園公寓酒店(Patnem Palolem Beach Park Appt)

Отличные аппартаменты: просторные, светлые, оборудованы всем самым необходимым, хороший вайфай, всегда горячая вода и вообще, всё очень толково устроено. Два балкона, на одном всегда солнечно , стоит сушка, вид на бассейн ; на втором тень, вид на джунгли , несколько раз наблюдали обезьян, улыбнуло))). Уборка по обращению, мы не пользовались, справлялись сами. Бельё и полотенца можно поменять в любое время. Дорога на пляж занимает 5-7 минут прогулочным шагом, дорога колоритная. Ходили пешком в Канакону, на рынок Чауди-прикольно! Всем рекомендую, сами вернёмся только туда. Огромное спасибо персоналу , все очень позитивные и ответственные!

Très surestimé sur le site… 9 et quelques c’est une blague ou alors un coup de trolls… L’hébergement est décati L’appartement était sale et un tantinet deglingué… seuls les employés étaient top… et la piscine même si l’eau était parfois troublée…

Аппартаменты -самые большие в моих путешествиях-86 кв.м.Две лоджии,кухня,спальня.Везде кондиционеры,которые мы не включали,так как была отличная погода.Хорошая уборка,но производится только при личном присутствии.Есть сейф.Горячая вода быстро нагревается в бойлере.Туалетную бумагу и питьевую воду сама получала на рецепшене.Мыльных принадлежностей нет,но в торговле очень много качественных шампуней и прочего. Завтраки однообразные.Для русского человека - блюда из яиц,чай,кофе,тосты с маслом м вареньем,арбуз.Иногда каши.Во всех остальных блюдах много перца.Купить здесь привычную еду негде.Мы немного привезли с собой.В номере хороший холодильник. В телевизоре нам настроили 5 спортивных программ,но после нашего возмущения (этим мы не интересуемся)-поставили музыкальные.Ни новостей,ни вообще русскоязычных каналов нет.Когда люди в номерах-отсутствует интернет.Можно попользоваться либо ночью,либо когда люди уходят на пляж. Рядом много нищих лачуг,но на территории соблюдают чистоту и порядок.Чистят бассейн. В номере хорошая мебель,пол,стены. Развлечений никаких нет-ни в отеле ,ни рядом. Если нужно-с рецепшена вызывают тук-тук.Отношение к туристам-дружелюбное.

Spacious apartment, 2 balconies, kitchen, TV, good bed and outdoor swimming pool. Nothing negative to say.

The rooms were clean, the apartment has a security. The pool is clean. Family friendly. There are a couple of eateries nearby. And patnem beach is 10 mins walk. Great place to book for solo or group or families.

This was a huge mistake we made coming to the Tubki Resort. We rented the apartment for 3 months for our business trip in Goa. One night we had to wake up because of the toxic gas emitting from the AC. That thing seriously harmed our health: headaches, vomiting, dizziness, throat pain, poor breathing, and slowed heart beating. And when we asked to fix the AC, they just gave promises of someone coming tomorrow for 7 days straight until they allowed us to change the room. The thing is that this place doesn’t take care of their ACs, there were lots of reviews left on different platforms like ***********, agoda and others. The staff are completely aware of the problem, but they put zero effort to fix it. And as a result our health suffered. But unfortunately, our health was not the only thing that suffered during our stay at the Tubki Resort. The charger and MacBook (that was only 2 years old and which worked just perfectly before the accident) worth of about 2,000 Canadian Dollars got burned out by their unsafe electrical connections. It was very painful for us to realize that this actually happened as majority of the work that we prepared to do on our trip in Goa was stored on that laptop. That was worth more than $20,000, but now we were not even able to restore any of the data due to hardware damage caused by Tubki Resort’s ignorance toward their guests safety and safety of their guests’ belongings. Now the most interesting! We attempted to to talk to the staff at the hotel, but what happened is that they brought some nonsense wo*** and called her their owner. To note, previously when a receptionist spoke with an owner on the phone, there was a male voice and they referred to the owner as “he” and then all of a sudden some random wo*** comes. It’s really doesn’t take that much effort to just google the owner of Tubki, who is a ***. At the meeting, there were one random wo*** and 3 other resort’s ***agers and unfortunately none of them neither had an education nor ***ners, not even the very very veeeery basic knowledge of customer service and hospitality. To note, Tubki Resort calls themselves a 3 star hotel. Maybe they made a mistake and forgot to make it - 3 star resort. I traveled 13 countries and stayed in multiple hotels and apart hotels and never got so much disrespected and mistreated in my entire life. The moment when we would try to raise a complain about what happened to our health and laptop they would use their hand to shut me down. One “***ager” who came up to me, started hysterically shouting at me and putting her fingers near my face. By the way, she holds a position of a hospitality ***ager which makes the whole thing scary! If the hotel stands on such employees then what kind of treatment their guests will get? And this is after we paid to them 75,000 rupees for our stay. Their strategy when the complain rises is to deny everything while hysterically yelling at their guests. After that, they evicted us from the room witho

Its a new appartment. Big rooms with big balconies. Location wise very good. Walking distance from Patnem beach and 10-15 min drive from Palolem and Galgibaga beach. Bang on the national highway. Its a serviced apartment so doesn't have typical attached restaurant, but can provide room service from adjacent hotel apparently owned by same group based on the name. Staff was generally helpful. Didn't use pool but looked good. Ample parking is available Recommended for family stay near beach if looking for quiet holiday in south goa.

The staff at pattnem appartments were really helpfull,Mitu the day ***ager and vijay the night security were especially helpfull ***** with the cleaning ladies

clean apartment kitchen dining and living area . well equipped though i don't recall seeing a microwave. Staff were courteous and kind and the stay was comfortable
