Costa Este Pompano Beach

Nos hemos alojado una sola noche en uno de los apartamentos de 1 dormitorio y nos ha encantado, muy completo, limpio y muy cerca de la playa. Volveremos aunque para quedarnos algún día más. La cama maravillosa y el sofá también! Muy practica la entrada con código!

I booked (for 11/11/2022) via a third party, and due to some negative reviews, I decided to email the property directly through its website. I got a reply from Hospitality Services Management that "our property has been closed for months now. Unfortunately, we are not accepting reservations. Call your agency to make sure the correct name of the hotel. It could be a misunderstanding." The name and address are exactly the same. Now I had to call the third-party website (memberdeals.com) and my credit card (that's why I always use my AmEx for reasons like this) to dispute the charge. Why is this business still listing rooms for rent on so many third-party websites AND its own website if it's not taking reservations except to try to defraud people of their hard-earned money! People are expecting a place to sleep, some unsuspecting when they arrive and it's not open?! Absolutely terrible! Thank goodness I double-checked before arriving!

I traveled from abroad and didn’t have mobile conection. They send me the codes at check inn time,so I had to get wifi conection somewhere else to get the codes. Nobody answer the calls or messages in case you need something… so you just have to solve things by yourself. Also, there was an ant infestation in the bathroom, kitchen and bed.
