工作室 83 民宿(B&B Studio83 Pompei)

Trascorso 2 notti per lavoro e mi sono trovato molto bene: camera pulita, bagno funzionale, acqua calda perfetta per una doccia rilassante. Zona colazione idonea per le sole 3 camere presenti ma con tutto l'occorrente. Personale molto cordiale

Questa struttura una bella scoperta: camere a tema musicale dotate di ogni confort, cucina completa e frigo inclusi. La reception anche se non presente nei ns orari sempre disponibilissima, ci ha guidato passo passo in qualsiasi richiesta e ci ha suggerito ristoranti ed escursioni da fare. Ci é stato dato anche parcheggio convenzionato a pochi metri. La zona é strategica, vicinissima agli scavi. Colazione a buffet ricca di qualsiasi cosa, inclusi prodotti per celiaci. Esperienza assolutamente super positiva, consiglio vivamente!!!

Un lugar fabuloso para pasar unos días en Pompeya. Nuestra habitación muy amplia y con cocina, cómoda y práctica. Televisión y aire acondicionado. Situada cerca de todo. Personal muy simpático y amable. Desayuno variado y muy rico, un gran descubrimiento.

well where do I start. After reading all the reviews I booked this B+B as it was apparently 300 yards from ruins ( for which i had also bought tickets for), complete rubbish its a half hour walk away! The apartments are within a apartment block to which you have no access when you arrive. We had to wait for someone to walk out of the building before we could enter it. When we finally got in, we told by a helpful resident that studio 83 was just round corner to the right. We knocked the door which took the receptionist an age to answer. On producing our holiday voucher, we were told we had not got a room as she was fully booked and had never received the booking. The booking was made in January this year! she then told us that studio83 was under new management from 9 months ago, but she would have still inherited all the bookings to keep the business afloat! So between Loveholidays and receptionist arguing about what to do with us was an absolute joke! We left outside and sat on concrete steps, with no toilets or anywhere to get even a drink of water for 7 hours! I would not entertain studio 83 again as she left the building at 17.00pm while we were still stranded! And as for Lovehoildays i will never go with them again either.
