love the location near the key places like Gandhi Statue, Rock Beach etc. Friendly staff, highly recommended!

This room is in a prime location, and the price is worth it.

Not recommended for family. Room was not very clean as previous guest's leftover food items were not removed. Had a broken toilet seat. There is no lift. Accessibility from main road and allowing check in by 7am were the only plus.

No ventilation in the room. Toilets faucet wasn’t working properly. No realtime hot water. No towels given.

THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDE TOWELS. TV NOT WOKING. BUT LOACATIN IS SAFE.EACH AND EVERY THING WE HAVE TO CONTACT RECEPTION

hotel is worse in regard to cleanliness, housekeeping,food,amenities and services.There is no hot water in bathroom.Bathrooms and towels were not clean.There was not kettle for hot water/tea I have paid for breakfast,but it was obtained from street vendors around 9.30 am and was not worth eating.Hotel has no indoor catering,not even tea arrangements.It was worse hotel,I have seen in my life

It was a worse hotel without hotel norms. No cleanliness, no housekeeping, dirty towels and bed sheets, no kettle for warm water/tea, no warm water in bathroom, regulator of fan was not working. Breakfast provided was from outside street vendors and not worth eating. Hotel has no indoor catering not even tea. Behaviour of staff was not co-operative. Water bottle provided was insufficient for two persons for two days.

Prime location. Unable to sleep at Night because of outside noise. Not really Good. Hot water not available.

Not as per the expectation & displayed/committed amenities provided. Not working shower, hard to get hot water, beds are not clean.

The stay at malar residency was good, the room was clean and basic amenities were provided. the hotel is very close to the rock beach so that is a plus

We had a horrible time of 4 nights . Hotel had no restaurant also room service was not available. Ceiling fan was not working. Bathroom had no hanger rod. Lift was not available. Moreover members of hotel staff could speak only tamil. In totality it was horrible. We will never book hotel. Swapan Basu -

This 1* hotel deserves one star. I booked looking at high ratings in google map but i am very dissatisfied. I booked for 2 days but left after day 1. Booked the deluxe room - light was not working in room - ac water leakage in another, my entire bah with clothes got wet - didn’t provide blankets for extra mattress. When asked, provided only extra bed sheets - asked for pillow for extra mattress, gave sponge - ac had only one working remote for two rooms - no lift. Had to carry my own luggage. - blankets very low quality - no internet in one room - didn’t give complimentary water on day 1. - not enough parking space

Facilities was good, maintenance and service were also good. For staying as a couples this place was absolutely amazing
