One of the worst behaviour by the manager Srinivasan. We had a family booking via MakeMyTrip.com ( 2 adults + 2 kids of age 7 & 10). These details have been clearly mentioned and paid in the makemytrip app. Upon arrival, receptionist gave a call to Manager and mentioned that we have to pay additions Rs.1000 as per their hotel policy. I spoke to Makemytrip and they are clear that there is no need of any additional amount to be paid. They tried to reach out to manager while I'm on hold with customer care. He didn't respond to them. I was telling him to provide the room and to sort this out morning with Makemytrip as kids were feeling very sleepy. Totally inhuman behaviour and all for additional Rs.1000. I don't want to pay as it's hotel responsibility to set the rules with Makemytrip and he is not agreeing to that. How would customers know? Wondering why such people are in a responsible position without knowing how the hospitality business run. I feel bad for the owners of this huge hotel. Also, I feel bad for the receptionist guy who joined recently and clueless of the situation. Avoid this hotel!

Property is located in main area, easy to accessible. Room was not maintained well. Less hygienic. No in-house restaurant. Breakfast is good. Staffs are good.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was quite average. While the room was spacious and clean, the toilets were not up to standard. Additionally, the service was lacking overall. There was minimal service available in the rooms, and breakfast took nearly an hour to be served, which was disappointing. Overall, the large room was a positive aspect, but the poor quality of the toilets and the slow service detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed by owner and it too expensive also which is terrible. This is the situation of a suite room

The hotel is average and not worth the price for money. The service is also very poor, room cleaning happens when i ask to clear, bedsheets are not changed on a daily basis. Water bottle at room provided only once. Tea kattel not clean and i have to wash it my self to use. Wifi is in description but was not available. The cost they charge, you can get a good luxury hotel near the beach. As a whole not worth it, don't waste your money.

The rooms were clean and tidy but weren't upto the mark overall the hotel was average slightly overpriced for the provided facilities, the dining area seemed a bit untidy
