Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

Good hotel with good amenities. Good location. Just the 3 rooms in front near the road has loud sound from cars. Try to avoid the front 3-4 rooms. Welcome was excellent. Reception staff excellent. Breakfast area staff averaging in serving. Sometimes not so willing to serve. As no manager was there to supervise as per my understanding and observations.

The bathroom is very bad toilet smell, all come out , called many times complaining, no reaction , spent 12000INR getting one room , so bad

big room, ample space with 2 double bed. breakfast great and a new hotel in pondicherry which I will come back to stay.

這是一家漂亮的新酒店，房間舒適宜人，但地理位置與圖片完全不符——它位於一條擁擠的街道中央，距離海灘和白城都很遠。前台和酒吧的工作人員服務態度欠佳，給我們留下了不少印象。早餐種類豐富，但最基本的奶茶卻做錯了。瑪薩拉奶茶味道難以下嚥。屋頂餐廳的菜餚美味可口，但一瓶普通的「免稅」蘇拉葡萄酒竟然要價4000盧比！退房時，前台的女士們兩次強迫我給酒店好評！只有三位員工的服務值得稱讚——Raja、Divya和客房部經理。他們盡力彌補其他同事服務的不足。除了這三位之外，其他所有員工都需要學習基本的客戶服務知識。這家旅館潛力巨大，卻被糟糕的員工拖了後腿，實在令人惋惜。我不會推薦這家飯店，也不會再入住。

Hotel con servizi da 5 stelle anche per gli standard occidentali. La pulizia e la manutenzione avrebbero bisogno di un’attenzione maggiore.
