The hotel has potential due to its good location and decent room comfort, but my overall experience was disappointing because of poor service and lack of basic amenities. The reception staff was unwelcoming and made us feel as if we were imposing rather than paying guests. Breakfast was extremely limited with only 4–6 items, and to make it worse, the menu was unchanged across two days. Service was frustrating — I requested shower gel three times (twice by call and once in person before leaving for Aurobindo Ashram), yet it was never delivered. Even though I stayed in an Executive King Room, the hotel lacked essential amenities such as an iron, refrigerator, and hair dryer. Cleanliness was average — the room was mostly fine but I noticed hair in the basin and even on the bed. The only positives were the convenient location and the overall comfort of the rooms. However, with such poor service, limited breakfast options, and missing basics, I would not recommend this hotel unless management seriously improves their hospitality standards.
