We only needed a place to stay for one night before our early morning flight to Terceira and this fit the bill. The unit is a hostel like setting on the 20th floor above a mall. Leonor let us leave our bags before check in and kindly placed them in our room after she had cleaned the room. Everything here was squeaky clean, the bedroom(comfortable beds), shared kitchen, common area and shared bathroom.(we only shared the bathroom with one other couple). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots,pans, dishes, cutlery, etc and even has a dishwasher. Designated bins are provided to store one's food in the fridge. There is a gorgeous view of the harbour . from the shared balcony. Great stay!

I bit complex to check in , but the personal is very helpful to help you . The view is amazing, close to the water and shop

Fantastic view from the room and common areas. I think early check-in should be offered as an option at time of booking if avaliable. Waiting till 2p.m.to check-in is exhausting especially after an overnight flight.

The experience was good. Nothing negative to warn people about. The island is beautiful.

Staff was great. very helpful. fantastic view. would like to have had a hair dryer. Convenient to everything and there is a nice market downstairs and lots of shopping within walking distance. Will come again, for sure.

The only thing I didn't like was sharing the bathroom with strangers. But the rest was very good.

It was ok for the stay. Code did not work for 1 night, but the owner let us in from Lisbon. We were lucky that security from the other building knew the owner,so he contacted him otherwise we would be out on the street.

This was a great location and awesome room. Great views of the marina, and water front

We enjoyed staying right in the heart of town. We would recommend reserving the previous night so when you arrive after flying all night you have a place to go into and not have to wait 4 hours to leave luggage or 8 hours for your room. The shared kitchen and our private bathroom worked great. Thanks to the security guard in the mall entrance that helped us on arrival and the café downstairs that allowed us to drink lots of cafe and pastel de nata while we waited for check in time and watched the rain. We loved Sao Miguel!
