El baño de la habitación olía a desagüe, pero nos cambiaron de habitación. Sin problema, todo correcto como debe ser.

Calidad precio inmejorable. Este hotel merece tener mínimo 3 estrellas, quizá 4. Habitaciones grandes ,limpias y modernas.cama muy cómoda ,atención del personal maginifca. Ubicación perfecta,al lado de la estación de tren de Pontevedra y del centro. Parking al lado por 10 euros noche.

Habitación grande, acogedora. Limpia. Cama enorme y confortable. Desayuno bufé muy amplio. Personal muy amable, atento y simpático. Ubicación buena, cerca del centro. Ideal para ir en familia o con amigos. Una ciudad donde tienes todo al lado. Sin duda volveríamos

我預訂的是「標準特大床」房，房面上標明床是2x2米，但實際上並非如此。床是由兩張1.05公尺的床墊拼在一起，放在同一個床架上，上面還加了一層床墊套。當我躺在床中間時，兩張床墊會分開，中間出現縫隙，根本無法入睡。飯店下午和晚上沒有值班前台，所以我也沒辦法投訴。他們確實有電子顯示屏，但早上六點，你只想好好睡覺。第二天退房時，我跟前台提到了這件事。她道了歉，但他們至少應該退款或給我們換一間房住一天。如果他們不提供解決方案，我不會推薦這家飯店。住在飯店是為了休息，而不是被他們網站上關於床尺寸的虛假宣傳誤導，最後還睡不好。

Llegar a las 7 de la tarde cansados y tener que perder 20 minutos en hacer check-in por videoconferencia porque no tienen recepcionista, fue empezar con mal pie. La habitación era grande, y bien climatizada, pero aunque en fotos parece moderno, la reforma es una auténtica chapuza, todo materiales malos, pladur mal puesto, partes sin rematar, mobiliario básico, colchón bastante malo... El desayuno es en un sótano y la calidad/variedad simplemente pasable. Como hotel para una noche low cost puede valer, tampoco creo que pretenda aspirar a más. En la zona no se aparca fácil, pero tienen convenio con el parking de la estación a 100 metros por 8,30€/día y siempre hay hueco, compensa.

No había agua caliente en la habitación. En 24 horas no nos dieron ninguna otra alternativa. Una decepción enorme. La habitación estaba bien, pero no compensa correr riesgo con este hotel. Estábamos haciendo el camino se santiago y nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría. Un horror con el frío que habíamos pasado. Nadie dio la cara ante mis llamadas.

Clean, modern rooms (though a bit on the small side) with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast on the lower level. This hotel is in a zone that's accessible by car and it was about a mile walk from the area where most of the restaurants are concentrated. Normally that wouldn't be an issue but with tired feet from the Camino, we would have liked staying closer by. (Not the fault of the hotel, of course; just stating this for awareness of travelers considering staying here.) Our room did not have A/C so we slept with windows open and the street noise died down enough at night that it was workable.

Bathroom is in extremely poor condition with black holes and chunks out of the bathtub, dirty grout all over bathtub, shower head does not stay on easily and if it does, when the shower is stopped the shower head falls off. No ventilation in the bathroom. The door on the bathtub does nothing to prevent water from going onto the floor. No air conditioning and window opens to busy street with noise. No hairdryer. Mattress is dirty, old and uncomfortable and very concerning. Location is far from the centre. Overall, needs significant updating and would not recommend. Only good thing was the reception staff were friendly.

Now this is what you call a good hotel for only 45 a night. Clean room, clean bath, heated all round. Comfortable bed, lily-white almost stiffly-starched linen. Good comfy towels. Friendly receptionist, I just wish I could stay another night but I am doing the El Camino. Sadly I can't stay. For this price and for what you get, it's a no-brainer.

A basic hotel, clean and comfortable close to the railway station and 10 minutes walk to the old town. Front desk Lorena speaks good English and is very customer oriented. Breakfast satisfactory plus.
