Lovely staff and good food. Hotel rooms and hallway in need of updating. However the price reflects the quality and standard

Hotel is situated right on the harbour. We had a double room with harbour view which was wonderful, The bed was very hard. The bathroom was adequate. The hotel does need a little tlc a bit shabby in parts. We only ate breakfast it was perfectly fine.

Great location and has parking and dog friendly. Stayed many times now always good. Lovely reception staff.

Hotel is in a great location right on quay front with restaurants, bars and a Tesco express on the doorstep. Decorations tired but clean and tidy. Bed extremely comfy. Shower was slow to warm up and very little pressure. Very quiet - either had no room neighbours or it’s just soundproofed well. Would stay again if back in Poole for business

I decided to take my boyfriend for an overnight stay as our first stay since March 2020. I have been there twice before and loved the views and reasonably flat area as I am disabled. I felt it was a good place to get used to being OUT again!! Lots of sanitiser available, screens and space between us all. Great check in, parking, room and breakfast today. THANK YOU

I stayed her for 2 nights, the hotel does need some updating. They have had an issue with their roof so unable to use the front entrance, after speaking to the receptionist they explained that they are currently waiting on a repair. The room was very clean but yes as previous people have mentioned it is dated. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. All staff I met were friendly from check in to check out. I will definitely return and bring my family with me next time as the are is wonderful with lots on the door step.

It had been 2 years since we stayed here and the deterioration is sad. We stayed in a harbour view room and it wasn't clean. There were sequins on the floor, bits of plastic and a cracker snap?? We had one child and ended up with the sofa bed made up so there was absolutely no room, no chair, just 2 beds however when I asked for a chair it was sent up. Like I said the staff are fantastic. We have stayed here many times and enjoyed all the extra's like biscuits, hot chocolate, cotton bud bathroom essentials, fridge etc but this time it is *****ped right back. When we went to breakfast the staff were working flat out but couldn't keep up, everything was running out. Yoghurts and mustard were out of date and we were sat amongst buckets collecting rain water dripping through the ceiling. Outside our window was a light fitted with a "failed" label on it??? We got this room at a good rate but people are expected to pay £200 a night in peak season - absolutely not that standard.
