Found a roach

Our HVAC was not working, and the property had no parking spots. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Overall, I would have chosen a cheaper hotel.

The first night there me and my family had to evacuate because of a small fire somewhere in the building that smoke up the whole hotel

Excellent overall. Only complaint is water pressure was too low. I notified front desk but it wasn’t resolved. I will stay again.

Location is right beside the interstate and more specifically the onramp so you get to listen to big rigs climbing the ramp all night long.

It was ok. I wouldn’t go back. They should’ve mentioned they were replacing carpet in the hotel. Breakfast was terrible. French toast and sausage weren’t even cooked. Go a couple miles down the road and go to a nicer hotel!

First time staying at a Best Western Plus and was very pleased. Will definitely use this hotel for future travels

Great room, plenty big enough for a family of 4. We had a king bed and a pull out couch bed. Comfortable beds and was quiet where we were. Breakfast was good also. The pool is indoors so that's available as well.

The hotel was fine. We just stopped for the night on our way from Ontario to Florida. The pool was nice for the kids to burn some energy. Gas and restaurants were close by.

The staff was very friendly but the overall condition of the property needs serious attention. A little paint and clean carpets would be a good start

Shower head was the worst I have ever experienced. More water would come out of a spray bottle set on “mist”.

Employees were awesome! The facilities need a little facelift. Overall we were satisfied with our stay!

Listen to a hammer pound till 10 o’clock at night installing carpet upstairs

Cockroaches in bath Very dirty rugs in main hall with bleach stains. Nice room but not clean. Bath and bedroom not cleaned rugs and very dirty at edges. D very disappointing for a Best Western
