Elevator was out And because it was freezing outside we needed to turn heater on It NEVER got warm and when I asked at 4 pm in the afternoon they said they would make a note of it but there was no HELP not a technician; the manager had already left; not even an offer of a space heater or even extra blankets.

Gostei: quarto limpo apesar de não ter limpeza diária; estrutura de cozinha no quarto, bom chuveiro e boa cama; camareiras educadas. Não gostei: lixo colocado pelos hóspedes nos andares em frente ao elevador (só limpam o quarto após a saída), café muito simples (não tem pão) e área e cadeiras escassas, não tem um carrinho para transportar bagagens, donos de pets deixam elevadores sujos; corredores e elevadores sujos. Não vale o valor que cobram na diária. Decepcionante.

Stayed one night. No elevator functioning, that was not a huge inconvenience. Our room appeared clean BUT…. Bathroom sink was totally clogged, heating unit was extremely noisy and to top it all when we took a shower in the morning, there was dirt comming out of the back wall of the shower.

À l’arrivée c’est une fille nonchalante assise à une table du coin déjeuner qui nous a dit que l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas, tout à coup, la réceptionniste est arrivé et elle a confirmé, personne ne nous a offert d’aide avec nos nombreux bagages, donc une grosse glacière,,, mon mari âgé de 76 ans avec un genoux dysfonctionnel a peine à monter les marche, nous avons fait un premier voyage de bagage et un gentil client est venu monter notre lourde glacière ( une chance) Le petit déjeuner grab and go, dit santé, ne contenait que des barrés collations … etc etc

We only stayed one night as we were passing through. Maybe an extended stay is better for multiple nights. Loved the location and most times the staff was very helpful and friendly. I believe they must be understaffed because there were times I did not see anyone. I was disappointed that none of the equipment in the exercise room worked well. We were disappointed in the breakfast options. We do not expect much but juice would have been nice to go with coffee, granola and cereal bars. There was also oranges (a big mess so, we skipped them) instant oatmeal and packaged hard boiled eggs. I will have to think if the location outweighs everything else the next time we pass through.

Great location next to outlet mall, safe walk to return to hotel from outlet mall after dark. Room in good shape Clean and Comfortable. The person above me was noisy not the property's fault. Breakfast was subpar in comparison to other chains in the same price range.

I like all the aboves. The thing i didn't like was there were no utensils, pots, cups, pans, plates, etc.

Very adequate for one night passing thru. Very clean tho dusty. Pet friendly, but beware alligators in lake in back of property. Adjacent to Outlets with shopping and many restaurant choices. Right off 95, very convenient. Would stay again.
