J'ai vraiment adoré le calme malgré la tension de la ville,et surtout des employés professionels et courtois,la propreté et la disponibilité de l'équipe Bravo et Merci.

The staff was very friendly and professional, the only problem was I spent 3 hours in the lobby until they found a room available. I made the reservation 3 days early.

It is a standard-issue Marriott with very nice gym. The only but crucially important thing about it is that it is very safe (walled/fenced with controlled access and armed guards). A US-style supermarket across the street, safe to walk to even for a white girl. Cannot say I would stay again because I amnot returning to Haiti until major improvements of the whole country/society.

It was very very terrible. I do not recommend this to anybody. The service was really really really bad.

A nice and modern Marriott property in the middle of chaotic Port Au Prince. Well trained and friendly staff. Very clean and spacious rooms. Good menu at restaurants and the chef will personally cater to yoir needs. They wil also take care of your safety and book safe transport and tours for you. No need to take riska on your own.

That’s a 5 star hotel very care for customer and clean….

Great hotel with nice facilities and friendly staff. Excellent WiFi and shower pressure. Big room with a nice view. The hotel also put me in touch with a driver for the two days (for an additional charge) who was a godsent. Restaurant food and service did not match the quality of the hotel.

I like that due to the delay at check in they offered me snacks and wine to compensate for the wait. The Hotel is very clean and luxurious. I enjoyed my stay.

Friendly and professional staff Property is super clean. I think Marriott is the best hotel in Haiti.
