弗洛拉公寓酒店(Aparthotel Flora)

Buena relación calidad-precio. La zona de la piscina es chula. El apartamento es sencillo pero adecuado para estancias medias, con una terracita muy aprovechable. Buen servicio de recepción y opción de tomarte algo en una cafetería dentro del complejo. A mejorar, poner un poco más de menaje, sobre todo una cafetera. La playa está a 5 minutos a pie y no suele haber problemas para aparcar en los alrededores.

Vi hadde en fin uke på hotellet. Her får man mye for pengene! Hotellets beliggenhet er perfekt! 2 minutter å gå til strandpromenaden. Stille og rolig område! Matbutikk rett utenfor. Leiligheten er hyggelig og romslig - ikke med de mest moderne møbler, men alt er rent og pent. Bra med kjøkkenutstyr (kun kokeplater). Hyggelig bassengområde. Vi ønsket oss leilighet i øverste etasje med ettermiddags/kveldssol - et ønske som ble oppfylt! Balkongen er kanskje litt liten hvis man er flere enn to personer! Vi velger gjerne å bo der igjen hvis vi skal tilbake til Puerto Pollensa. Sammenlignet med Alcudia er dessuten Puerto Pollensa mye mer hyggelig!!

El apartamento estaba bastante bien equipado y ubicado,las recepcionistas muy agradables. Me falto que tuviera una cafetera y aunque el apartamento estaba bastante limpio cuando llegamos la limpieza de los días que se pasaron fue un poco regulera.

I had a 1 bedroom apartment. It was on top/3rd floor which suited me as good view of pool and mountain . I only came for a week so only had hand luggage but the 3rd floor might be tricky if you have big bags or mobility issues. The kitchen/lounge/dinner was very large. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast and light meals. The bedroom also a good size with twin beds but could be cramped if two people trying to get ready for a night out. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. The balcony was a nice Size for me and a couple but if put all 4 chairs out it would gave Bern tight. Good drying rail. J had god nights sleep. Beds nice and firm. No noises at night .as I said nice and quiet Pool area was also clean. Plenty of sun beds. More than enough when i was there. Morning or late afternoon always plenty free in the sun ( and shade) . Area by pool was very quiet. A very relaxing space to chill. Bar staff also friendly. This hotel is great and I will go back but the best bit was its location. 3 minutes from beach. 5 minutes from bus stop/bus station. I went to Pollenca Town and Alcudia town but other places serviced by buses too. I oaid with my debit card , which gets you a discount. Tap as you enter, tap as you leave. They frequent and ran on time. Also great place to start hikes. There is a large spa cross the road and smaller shops near plus 2 large supermarkets 10- 15 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars on seafront, back street and the main square. The town is a good spot to base yourself to explore . I will definitely be back

Absolutely fantastic self-catering apartments. The location is perfect, a couple of minutes walk to the sea fron where you will find many restaurant and bars. We visited as a family of three and found the apartment very spacious. Equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a self-catering holiday. The pool area is quite small, with not many areas for you to place a sunbed and relax beside the pool. However, there are grassed areas that can be used, and plenty of sunloungers stacked up for you to help yourself. You will find a supermarket located just outside the reception, and also has a small restaurant within the hotel. We visited at the end of September and found Flora very laid back and relaxing. The grounds and rooms were very clean and we found the staff very friendly. We loved our stay here, the apartments may seem quite basic, but we felt that added to the charm and complimented the resort of Puerto Pollensa. We're already looking forward to returning next year.

This hotel is just right. Close to the beach, quiet location, relaxed pool area with lots of sunbeds (no claiming beds with towels at 8am) across the road from a small Spar (great for beer, wine, bread, water) Big supermarket 5/6 mins walk away. TV in the bar/reception. Great if you wanted to watch the footie, etc., but discreetly placed and didn't take over the area. Room cleaned 5 days a week, towels and bedding changed as required. Room was spotless. Most of all, the staff were exceptional. From the uniformed cleaners to the friendly barman and the very helpful manager, all of them were doing everything they could to provide a good, enjoyable holiday. Well worth the five stars.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Flora apartments. The accommodation was roomy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable for me, my husband and our 2 bikes! The cleaning exceeded expectations - towels were replaced almost every day, beds were made and bathroom left spotless. I didn’t expect all this extra so it was a total bonus to come back to every day. Thank you to Trini! Although the shower was very “splashy” and the floor was soaked after every shower, the overhead shower head was just lovely, always hot water and was fairly easily mopped up - tho Flora may have to address this as the moisture made it’s way back up through the grout, even when dried and it leaves the bathroom smelling a little bit damp. That said, we left the window open and the heat of the day dried all by the next use. The balcony was also a bonus - table and chairs made it easy to use and a drying rail fastened onto outside wall was excellent for drying towels each day. Location wise it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach (probably less than 5 actually!) and easy walk to lots of restaurants/cafes and supermarkets. Flora also arranged our bus transfer from/to airport (with bikes) and we’d use this service again. I will most certainly be back to Flora - highly recommended and not overly pricey either!

Lovely clean, well equipped apartment. Great pool, great food and drinks and very reasonable. Highlight is staff! Pedro, Francesca, Juan and Alba wee amazing and so understanding of our needs. Was first visit but definitely not the last!
