波多阿祖爾套房酒店(Puerto Azul Suite Hotel)

Das Hotel war super, nah am Strand und sehr ruhig. Das Mittagessen in der Snackbar ist gut und günstig. Die Kinderbetreuung war ca. 10.30-13.00 und 15.00-17.00 Uhr. Sie wurde verkürzt, wenn es wenige Kinder hatte. unsere Kinder gingen sehr gerne in Spielzimmer, der 2 jährige konnte noch nicht alleine bleiben und so war es etwas schade, dass es im Keller war, recht dunkel und kalt. Die Kinder störte es natürlich nicht, aber für mich war es weniger schön dort zu sein als im Mitsi blue domes auf Kos. störend fand ich, dass der TV permanent lief. Es gab immer wieder Situationen, wo die Kinder plötzlich TV schauten wenn sie am zeichnen waren oder turnen. Manche Spiele wie Jenga, Boccia etc. wurden auch draussen angeboten und wenn man gewann, gab es einen Badge mit Tino. Jeden Abend gab es Kinderdisco und auch der Spielplatz wurde vom 2 und 5 jährigen geliebt. Für die Kinder wirklich ein tolles Angebot wenn auch das Mitsi blue domes noch etwas mehr überzeugte (Steine bemalen, Schatzsuche, Kinderdisco auch nachmittags etc.). Das Frühstück fand ich ok aber nicht so ausgezeichnet wie andere schreiben. Eine Frau war einmal sehr unfreundlich, weil ich mich morgens scheinbar an einen Tisch setzte, den sie schon fürs Nachtessen am parat machen sei. Sie sagte dies so unhöflich, dass sogar die Familie am Nachbarstisch die Augenbrauen hoben. Das finde ich schade. Dieselbe Person brachte uns auch kein Besteck als ich mich an einen nicht gedeckten Tisch setzte. Das Personal sonst ist sehr freundlich, Reception, Beachbar, Rafa von der Animation. Der Bingoabend ist auch lustig. Wir haben auch spontan den Urlaub um 2 Tage verkürzt, weil wir noch in eine Finca wollten. Es gefiel uns dann doch und wir verlängerten wieder um 2 Tage. Das war alles kein Problem, sie waren sehr flexibel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolview, das war toll.

We are repeat guests at Puerto Azul Suite Hotel in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca. Once again it has been a pleasure to see all of you and we wish you well. It is a pleasure to stay in a hotel which is family run, but applies the highest standards. It continually seeks to upgrade the facilities combined with the highest level of service, and provides entertainment to suit most tastes. Once again, Rafa and Sven and the Entertainment Team are irrepressible, even in the 40°C and humidity of high summer, so this early October was very pleasant at approaching 30°C. As returning guests, we are relaxed with the long-serving staff members who are friendly and positive, but we find that first time guests are equally made to feel comfortable. The service at Reception is very professional and approachable, and once again the domestic services and level of cleanliness are exceptional. The suites are all comfortable and there is plenty of variety in outlook to suit all requirements. Cyclists will find it a very suitable base, and the Port and seafront are a short step away. The Restaurant fare is plentiful and varied and of the highest standard of preparation and culinary skill. The ambience is a first-class service. The camareras work tirelessly each shift under the professional eye of Malena, who encourages a friendly rapport with the guests, adding to the pleasure of the experience and not least the prospect of an early return. In conversation with a first time visitor about the experience of the hotel, we agreed that it remained large enough to provide as much of the facilities you need, but small enough to keep the personal touch. Truly it is as much about the friendships there, in the premium resort, on the idyllic holiday island.

Family of 4, children age 12 and 10, and grandparents travelling and stayed at this hotel. - A fabulous holiday. - A fantastic, helpful team of staff at every level at this hotel. - Friendly, engaging, entertainment team, activities suitable for all ages, Rafa, the entertainment manager excellent. - Restaurant staff, very accommodating, finding a table for 6 every evening, food varied, lots of choice. - Entertainment every evening, inside when we visited, which is great as colder in the evening in April, Bingo and quiz nights, good family fun, we really enjoyed this as well as live singers, engaging the audience - Great location, few minutes walk to the pine walk, few minutes walk to the bus stop to other parts of the island. - Overall an amazing holiday, would 100% recommend.

Excellent hotel as always. The staff are amazing and friendly above expectations. Definitely a family favourite. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Great sun beds. Lovely breakfast and a reasonable lunch menu. Drinks are not overpriced Thank you

We are on the final day of our 17 day stay here at the Puerto Azul Suites. This is an outstanding hotel with a very high standard of cleanliness and service (plus excellent bike storage). The staff are happy, dedicated and hardworking and go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Each time we return we are greeted as old friends. They should all be very proud of the exceptional service they provide. Many thanks to Team Puerto Azul!

We have just had a wonderful week at the Puerto Azul. The room was lovely, all very clean. Great pool - though cold in April. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach in Puerto Pollensa. They do sporting activities for the kids during the day and there’s table tennis too. Shows and quizzes in the evening. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. We went half board and were spoilt for choice. Really good variety at both meals, and they had different things on offer every day. For dinner the options were different every evening, with salads, meat dishes, freshly cooked fish, desserts changing every day. Half board is an especially good option given that the restaurants are pretty expensive in Puerto Pollensa. A couple of small things to flag up: you have to pay a euro a day for a pool towel and I thought the water was quite expensive considering how vital it is in the heat - €2.20 for a half litre bottle, which doesn’t go far between four. We would definitely return though. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Superb hotel with amazing food, a wide variety of fresh food, an exciting choice at each mealtime. The staff are universally exceptional, kind and helpful throughout. We had bicycles and they are well set up for this with safe parking. The pool is super fun and there is plenty of entertainment.

Fabulous hotel. We have had a great week staying in this lovely hotel. There is nothing to fault. The staff are kind, welcoming and informative. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are kept very clean. It had a large fridge, comfortable sofa and TV which had some English channels ! We had a Mountain View suite in block b, it was a peaceful place to come back to after a day out. The food in the restaurant was excellent - well cooked and lots of choice. Often when we go half board we get tired of the food and start eating out but at this hotel we really didn’t feel the need to, so much variety- lots of freshly cooked fish, and local choices which we loved. The pools were spotlessly clean and plenty of sun beds and seating. You can walk everywhere from the hotel easily and there is a good bus service to all the surrounding areas near by.
