卡普里酒店(Hotel Capri)

I stayed for one night on Saturday 17th June as needed an extra night at the end of my holiday. The room was dismal but fine for 1 night. The main problem I encountered was the terrible toxic, chemical smell in the room. It was as if it had been fumigated. By the time I had unpacked my eyes were running and my mouth burning. I complained to reception and they told me to open the windows. I sat on the terrace for a couple of hours and went for a walk but no improvement. I went back to reception and they just shrugged and said it must be a new cleaning product. They said they had no other rooms even though there was a sign in the entrance saying rooms available. After my 3rd complaint they used some sort of fragrant to disguise the smell. I have emailed since I returned home as I would like to know what went wrong and what I was exposed to. I have had no response. Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel anywhere.

excellent emplacement sur la plage et proche desc entre d'intérêt de Port de Pollentia. Super petit déjeuner sur la terrasse au-dessus de l'eau !

Hotellet har en flott beliggenhet, veldig hyggelig service, nydelig frokost, ujålete, enkelt og stilrent. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake, men da med balkong mot stranda. Litt upraktisk plassering av heisen, ikke maksimal tilgjengelighet for funksjonshemmede

Bon séjour , hôtel agréable face à la mer. Bon petit déjeuner.

Incomprensible que tengan un cartel bien grande diciendo que tienen la cocina abierta todo el día pero que vayas a cenar a las 22 :45 y te respondan que no te pueden atender porqué la cocina está cerrada. En pleno mes de agosto. Pues que quiten el cartel no?.

Lovely hotel. Right on the pine walks with beautiful Views - especially eating breakfast while the sun rises! Good breakfast options, all staff were really friendly and helpful. Very convenient to everything.

The location is fab and the views are amazing. The hotel itself is fairly basic but clean and provides everything you need. The large balcony on the front of the hotel for guests is a lovely touch. The breakfast is great. The staff are also friendly and helpful - Particularly Valentina on reception who is an absolute star! Thank you so much for all your help :)
