Nous avons séjourné plusieurs nuits dans cet hôtel à des dates différentes et l'évaluation est la même. Excellent accueil, excellent service, chambres très confortables, belle décoration des chambres et de l'hôtel , magnifique architecture. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et attentionné.

L’hôtel est une petite perle rare. Situé dans une banlieue résidentielle chic (et un plutôt aseptisée), c’est en fait une maison où il y a à peine une dizaine de chambres. Tout est décoré en art déco, avec des pièces uniques. Je pense que chaque chambre a notamment sa propre décoration et œuvre d’art. Notre chambre était d’ailleurs une énorme suite avec un patio privatif. Tous les jours nous avions des attentions personnalisées (biscuits offerts dans la chambre, etc…) le personnel est super sympa et nous a proposé de voir un film dans leur salle privative qui n’était pas réservée de la journée. Merci à toutes les personnes qui nous ont accueillis. Le restaurant est également excellent. Petit et intime, il propose de la nourriture raffiné, notamment pour le petit déjeuné qui est à la carte et non un buffet (il était inclu dans notre cas). Chaque matin on a pu goûté deux plats qui était délicieux. Ne passer pas à côté de cet hôtel, malgré qu’il soit dans un quartier excentré des attractions touristiques, cela vaut le coup.

Located in a very upmarket area a few minutes walk from the sea front. We had one night there as we were getting a flight up to Johannesburg. Beautiful decor, lovely food. We stayed over the road in the annex building. A bit strange but our room was really amazing.

Strange place ! - Checked in after figuring out where reception was as this place seems be spread over a few buildings with not much signage. After going in to our room, tried to use the room safe and followed instructions to no avail. When receptionist came to the room, she also tried with no success and found the instruction card was for a completely different safe. The bed light was hanging off the wall.. This is for a supposed 5 star hotel. Breakfast was lovely and the manager did come over to apologise for the inconvenience caused the night before.. Apology accepted

Spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel as a family of 4 (2 teenage kids). Rooms were great. Nicely decorated, very spacious and clean. The food at the restaurant was good and we enjoyed an evening watching a movie in the cinema room. Staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend this small hotel to anyone travelling through PE.
