海灘酒店

We have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience.

スイートルーム(No.44)に宿泊しました。ベッドは心地よく大きなバスルーム、sea view バルコニー、デザートのサプライズが嬉しかったです。スタッフも優しいです。ホテルにはリフトがなくて心配でしたが、ポーターのランボーさんは元気で力持ちでスーツケースを難なく運んでくれました。プールには誰もいなくて貸切状態でした。 ホテルのレストラン(Ginger)では、スターターからメイン、デザートまでどれもとても美味しかったです。 ホテル内では現金が使えず、カードしか使えないのが残念でした。

The area is fantastic with wonderful staff Food and wine selections are excellent The hotel needs a revamp as it has huge potential and is value for money The beds , shower areas and interiors needs serious attention The staff tries very hard to maintain this place an notice that the outside is busy going thru a paint job Pool area needs attention

A beautiful traditional hotel with decor from a bygone era (but in keeping and well maintained). Reception staff were very friendly and we were taken to our room by Rambo who has worked at the hotel for 32 years. A sign that the hotel looks after its people and its guests. We enjoyed drinks and food in the Verandah and use the pool on the day of arrival, which was a welcome refresh. The room was incredible with a small terrace looking out onto the pool. The pool was accessible from the patio doors. The beds were excellent, as was the bathroom, with both a rainfall shower and separate bath. Would definitely stay again.
