棕櫚閣汽車旅館(Palm Court Motor Inn)

It’s a very nice hotel, simple but functional! The location is amazing, very close to nice area with good restaurants, 5 min walking distance. The room is spacious and very clean. I highly recommend!

I tried to call the number which is displayed on the official website several times but no response. I checked in after the reception was closed, so I needed to call a number which was displayed at the front door, no one picked up, but a man called me back after 1 or two minutes, me not knowing what to do. When I stepped into the room, I immediately anticipated a strong smell, which was not mould, but something intense and really not good smelling. Then I opened the water tap in the sink, and I saw that the water was brown, same in the shower. On the next day, I mentioned this to the reception and asked for a discount, since I was not satisfied with the room, but unfortunately this was neglected. I cannot recommend this hotel and I would not stay again there.

Neat and tidy & great location. Lovely staff. Easy check in & out. Really nice room!

Our booking of the Supreme Double Bed room was extremely small. If you had a suitcase you would struggle to move around the bed. Squash court under the room and for 3 hours all we heard was squash balls and players hitting the wall. Was not a pleasant experience. On our previous stay we had a balcony room and it was excellent. Stay at the hotel - just don’t stay in Room 24.

Very nice place. Great location. Only thing was that the “water pipes” in wall are quite loud if someone uses the bathroom… especially during the night. Otherwise definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately we arrived too late to be able to enjoy the pool but we really enjoyed our stay. Great location and a really lovely room. Super friendly staff. Will def be back.
