Situated on a hillside among lush green mountains, relax and enjoy the sounds of nature, where you don’t know if it's morning or afternoon. This self-contained one-bedroom apartment with air conditioned queen bedroom, bathroom, WIFI, separate living area and fully equipped kitchen, has access to onsite laundry facilities, an outdoor entertainment area and allocated parking for one vehicle. Located in an older but improving neighborhood, the property’s main entrance is secured with a gate and CCTV security system. You are only 10-20 driving minutes away - depending on the flow of traffic - from all the excitement, entertainment and convenience of the capital city Port of Spain: Queens Park Savannah Carnival Centre Museums and Magnificent Seven Queens Hall and NAPA Queens Park Oval Movietowne and One Woodbrook Place Botanical Gardens and Zoo Hospitals and Police Stations Shopping Malls and Restaurants Government Plaza and International Financial Centre 30-45 mins leisurely drive to the well known beaches; all easy to find. This modern one bedroom apartment has separate living and kitchen/dining rooms and everything to prepare meals available in the kitchen - stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. The dining table with 4 chairs is spacious and can be used as a work area. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon/sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include: Quality mattresses, bedding linen and towels Excellent reliable WiFi Ironing board/iron Home Theater System Smart TVs in the bedroom and living room DirecTV / cable in the bedroom, Netflix in the living room A washer and dryer are at your disposal in the shared space. The apartment is located on the western side of the house with ground level access from the driveway. There is one 5 inch step up from the driveway into the covered patio (shared space) and apartment entrance door. There is one 4 inch step up from the bedroom to the bathroom, and a 5 inch step up into the shower stall which itself is pretty big. Tropical Flora and fauna We are a tropical property and strive to be environmentally friendly. The property gardens contain several varieties of local flowering plants, culinary herbs and fruit trees, and is home to a variety of local fauna. Getting around We recommend renting a car for your stay, but are happy to provide suggestions for the best car rental services, taxi and airport transfers, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Early Check in / Late Checkout Please contact us should you need to store your luggage prior to 3pm or after checkout. Late checkout will be subject to availability and prior request.
